Google Hotels, read on 5 October 2026, showed $731 for 16 November 2026, $1,035 for 1 January 2027 and $636 for 1 July 2027, for 2 adults with each single night searched separately. In that historical reading, the minimum among the 16 recorded nights was $494 on 22 December 2026. In the 12 October 2026 reading, the lowest bookable run is 12–20 April 2027, with single nights at $515–$518 for 2 adults.

The official 4 February 2022 announcement concerns 9 new Signature residences: 3 with one bedroom, one with 3 and 5 with 4. It does not describe renewing every villa. 12 current categories appear in their individual pages.

The current spa page calls the gym renovated without giving a date. These sources do not establish a whole-resort completion date.

On the beach: Sunset Beach Villa 130 m², Beach Residence Plunge 215 m², Deluxe Beach Residence Lap 315 m² and Deluxe Sunset Beach Pool 190 m² allow 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Sunset Beach Residence Pool 440 m² allows 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults; the 2-bedroom 575 m² residence allows 4 adults and 2 children.

Overwater, Deluxe Water 190 m² and Ocean Pool 290 m² allow 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults; Two-Bedroom Ocean 330 m² allows 4 adults and 2 children. Among Signature, the one-bedroom 350 m² residence allows 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults; the 3-bedroom Grand 700 m² allows 6 adults and 2 children or 7 adults; Sultan 1,100 m² has 4 bedrooms plus nanny space and allows 8 adults and 2 children or 9 adults. The nanny room does not authorize a guest beyond that maximum.

Areas are published totals without an indoor breakdown. The pages do not define child ages or extra beds beyond maxima. Two-Bedroom Ocean prints indoor bathroom but also mentions a Jacuzzi among thoughtful touches; those statements remain distinct.

11 categories list private pools; the 130 m² Sunset Beach Villa does not. Deluxe Sunset lists a 40 m² pool. Public pools are at Meeru, with a children’s area, and Sunset Pool Café. Hours of every pool, temperature and heating are not published in the room and facility descriptions read.

Beaches and overwater decks offer differing access. Reviews and the personal film shot in February 2025 describe snorkelling experiences without measuring reef health, safe depth at every tide or guaranteed sightings.

Matheefaru and Samsara are overwater; Meeru is a beach choice, Sunset Pool Café is beside the pool and Oasis belongs to Signature. The original White Platinum document dated November 2023 distinguishes breakfast and dinner at Matheefaru, 3-course meals at Meeru and Sunset, selected wine, drinks 10am–11pm, selected minibar replenished daily and 2 excursions per person per stay, weather permitting.

Samsara’s 50% saving in the White Platinum document concerns food and excludes drinks, without a printed Signature-only limit. Current sources separately reserve Oasis access for Signature guests. Private dining and the weekly private dinner are excluded; padel is not complimentary. These are the terms of the November 2023 programme: they do not guarantee White Platinum on every current rate, or that every wine label is covered. Google’s official USD 753 offer names breakfast only.

Stays from October 2026 to March 2027, bookings from 15 August 2026, up to 35% room savings and half-board/full-board benefits. One child aged 2–11.99 receives the printed complimentary benefit. USD 50 spa credit per adult and USD 50 excursion credit per person are listed; the credit is once and requires at least 4 nights.

Pool villas have the breakfast benefit; a private beach dinner set-up in 3- or 4-bedroom residences requires at least 7 nights; the benefit does not include the meal. The 24 December–9 January period and combination with other promotions are excluded. The page does not specify a final booking deadline, code, deposit, cancellation or every transfer leg. Source

Summer Sun ends on 30 September 2026: a visible page does not establish October availability. Its introduction says bookings from 15 August, while its terms say 15 February. It lists up to 35%, USD 50 spa credit per person once per stay and pool breakfast from 4 nights; these are not transferred to the winter promotion.

Dreamscape prints stays until 23 December 2027 and bookings from 15 August 2026. It gives a flat discount from 35% on the room rate, according to the offer page, read on 15 October 2026. Pool breakfast, 20% on spa treatments of at least 60 minutes, selected excursions and private dining; early arrival and late departure subject to availability, date changes at least 14 days ahead. Minimum nights, code, deposit and complete cancellation conditions are unspecified in the page. Source

Romantic Escape concerns new bookings for October 2026–March 2027. Décor means the setup rather than a dinner; it lists 15 minutes of jet ski for 2 adults and 20% on spa treatments of at least 60 minutes. It combines only with Stay More. Minimum nights, code, deposit and cancellation are unspecified in the page.

Family Getaway concerns new bookings for January 2026–December 2027. Its decorative benefit is also setup only; 15-minute FunTube for 2 adults and 2 children, tree planting and 30 minutes of golf are separate activities. The golf unit is unspecified. Combination is only with Stay More; the activity group does not change villa occupancy. The page does not print every age, minimum, code, deposit or cancellation condition. Source

Only 3- or 4-bedroom Signature residences and direct booking: 2 children aged 6–11.99 complimentary; under 6 within occupancy limits. Private dinner and cinema once, reef or dolphin activity and 2 hours’ babysitting subject to availability. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.

The offer’s terms allow bookings until 23 December 2026 for stays until 23 December 2026, according to the offer page, read on 15 October 2026. Code, minimum nights, deposit, cancellation and the relation to every meal plan are not fully established by the page. Source

For honeymoon stays of 3 to 9 nights the spa benefit is USD 50 per person per stay; from 10 nights it is a 60-minute couples’ massage. Marriage certification within 12 months is required. Anniversary benefits apply every 5 years, within 6 months before or after the wedding anniversary, according to the offers page, read on 15 October 2026. Credits are not cash, transferable or valid for future stays.

Rewards requires direct booking and matching email; at checkout it offers 5% cash or 5% donation or 15% room credit for a future stay. These are not 25% to add together. Redemption methods and timing may differ at checkout; the page does not publish a complete expiry or every combination rule. The home-page 2-person airport-transfer benefit from 7 nights does not alone establish plan, transport mode or legs. Source

Hideaway Spa is among trees. The current page describes Ayurvedic and Balinese treatments, massage, skincare and yoga including Hatha. Group classes are complimentary, separate from treatments and private classes. Wellness descriptions are not promised clinical effects.

The page read and its linked Issuu menu, which did not return readable text, do not establish treatment prices and durations, spa and individual thermal hours, room count, sauna, steam or a treatment-free day pass. Non-resident access, child rules and penalties are not established by these readings. A USD 50 credit or a massage in one offer is not a tariff.

Tender Hearts welcomes ages 3–11.99. The FAQ prints babysitting at USD 40 an hour, maximum 2 children under 11.99 and availability described as 24/7, without a specified tax basis or printed mandatory notice period. Signature’s 2 promotional hours remain subject to availability. The 8am–6pm hours in the 2023 White Platinum document are not a currently verified club timetable.

The clinic prints 8am–noon and 4:30–7:30pm, with a doctor on call round the clock: not an always-open clinic. Butler service is listed without a universal 24-hour operating promise.

The sports page describes a 5-hole putting green, indoor simulators, coaching and shop rather than an 18-hole course. Bicycles, group classes, lawn bowling, half-basketball, football and beach volleyball are described as complimentary; every coach or simulator is not thereby free.

Meetings & Events offers weddings, incentives and gatherings in indoor and outdoor spaces, AV, staging, a photographer and catering. The event and dining pages, 6 offers and readable White Platinum document do not establish maximum ceremony capacity, wedding price, legal ceremony status or New Year gala/child charges. The promotional 24 December–9 January blackout does not mean closure or dinner included.

The seaplane requires international arrival between 6am and 3pm and departure from 9:45am; the published journey is around 75 minutes during daylight. The alternative is a 50-minute domestic flight to Hanimaadhoo and a 15 to 20-minute speedboat, according to the resort’s Getting Here page, read on 15 October 2026. The original journey document prints Malé seaplane times 11am/3:30pm and resort times 7am/2pm, weather permitting.

A private seaplane starts from USD 8,500 nett per leg, with 7 days’ notice; once reserved and confirmed it is non-refundable; the private domestic fare is unspecified, with non-refundable wording and 15 days’ notice. Baggage is 20kg checked and 5kg hand, 20×12×7 inches, excess USD 3 per kg; adults from 12, children 2–11.9, infants 0–1.9 complimentary without allowance. November 2023 White Platinum describes a return via Hanimaadhoo plus boat rather than confirming every 2026 rate. A complete current regular age-based tariff is not established by the selected publications.

MIRA gives tourism GST 17% from 1 July 2025 and Green Tax USD 12 per person per day from 1 January 2025, exempting under-2s at check-in. These percentages do not establish Hideaway supplements’ service basis. Google’s selected quote menu includes taxes and fees without thereby including transfers. Arriving by car or seeking parking does not resolve this island journey.

The official hotel and offer pages read do not publish an annual opening and seasonal closure calendar. Winter covers stays from October 2026 to March 2027; Dreamscape runs until 23 December 2027. These are promotional windows, rather than a verified operating season. Missing Google calendar prices do not establish closures. The addition of The Signature Collection in 2022 and accounts of subsequent work do not establish a whole-island closure or future reopening date. Availability on a precise date depends on the specific booking.

The owner’s published address is Dhonakulhi Island, Haa Alifu Atoll, Maldives. It is an island in the far north of the Maldives. Routes involve a domestic flight and boat or a seaplane, under the conditions explained above; it is not a short direct speedboat journey from the international airport.

Villas with large gardens can offer privacy, but noise varies. A guest writing on 17 March 2026 enjoyed their villa’s private garden, with its pool and its own stretch of beach. This is the account of one stay, with its date, and does not show how every villa is today. The official pages and reviews read do not provide a uniform acoustic measurement or a guarantee of silence.

No car is needed on Dhonakulhi: arrival is by seaplane or domestic flight and boat, and the resort lends bicycles for getting around the island.
