The hotel’s own Siyam World Maldives prices already hold the food and the bar: a Water Villa with Pool + Slide for 2 costs $1,218 at the member rate on Tuesday 8 December 2026, WOW All-Inclusive and tax in. The return seaplane is $515 per adult on top.

Siyam World night by night, November 2026 to September 2027

The lowest figure moves in blocks. Until 22 December it stays between $1,045 and $1,114¹. Then comes the festive wall: from 23 December to 10 January no night goes below $1,526. On Monday 11 January it falls to $1,187, then rises again for February, typical night $1,343, and March, $1,330. From 12 April it sits at $1,158 on most nights, and through May to September the typical night is between $958 and $1,006. The weekday changes nothing: the typical night is $1,045 on all 7.

Now the sellers, and here names matter. For 8 December the hotel lists the villas with the plan by name², each at its member rate⁸ with free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: Water Villa with Pool + Slide $1,218, Pool Beach Villa $1,234, Sunset Pool Beach Villa $1,273, Lagoon Villa with Pool + Slide $1,336, Beach Suite with Pool $1,426, Ocean Villa with Pool + Slide $1,502. Joining is free⁹; signed out, the hotel’s plan starts at $1,125 before charges, about $1,472 in all. That night Expedia shows $1,083 and Amimir $1,088, naming no villa and no plan, with free cancellation until 8 November. For Saturday 3 April 2027 the hotel’s Water Villa with WOW All-Inclusive costs $1,330 at the member rate, on the same terms; Expedia and Hotels.com show that villa at $1,449 with breakfast, and their free cancellation ends on 4 March. Over New Year the deadline moves to 30 days before arrival, so 1 December for the 31st.

Here is 8 December as a bill, Water Villa for 2 at the member rate, plan in. Rate about $928, 10% service⁵ $93, 17% GST $173, green tax $24: $1,218. The shared seaplane¹⁰ for 2 adds $1,030, or $2,248 for one night. A week at that figure comes to $9,556 with the seaplane paid, and $8,526 if an offer carries it.

The plan has edges, and guests find them. In April 2026¹¹ one wrote that WOW covers only 50% of the bill at Arigato, another was surprised to pay for coconuts. In March 2026 a guest found sun cream at $68 each in the island’s shop. Pack your own.

5 things to settle before paying

Ask a cheaper seller which plan it sells
Get the plan’s name in writing. WOW All-Inclusive is what the hotel’s rates name; a row that names breakfast, or nothing, may be a different deal.
Ask the resort for the transfer quote
It must be arranged through the resort, so get the figure for your dates in writing before you pay for the villa.
Price the same stay on a resort offer
Ask for your dates on the offer and on the member rate. These offers cannot be combined, and Black Friday starts at 4 nights.
Check your landing time
Ask whether your flight lands in time for the last check-in. A later arrival needs the domestic flight and speedboat.
Book the restaurants before you land
The specialty restaurants need a booking, and ask which are open on your dates.

The conditions, line by line

Black Friday offer	Bookings from 1 to 30 November 2026, stays to 31 October 2027, 4 nights at least. The seaplane is free for 1 from 4 nights and for 2 from 7, with $200 of resort credit per villa from 7.
Free Transfer offer	The same seaplane thresholds, and under-12s stay and eat free in their parents’ room, 2 at most. No free transfer for stays from 23 December 2026 to 10 January 2027.
Seaplane hours	6am to 4pm, about 40 minutes from Malé, last check-in 3.30pm. 20 kg of checked bags and 5 kg of hand luggage each.
Evening arrivals	A 30-minute domestic flight to Maafaru, then 15 minutes by speedboat.
Check-in and check-out	From 2pm and until noon.
Children	From 12 they pay as adults. No extra beds; cribs free up to age 2, on request.

The Water Villa with Pool + Slide⁷ is 81 m² over the lagoon, with a private pool, a slide into the water, a sundeck with loungers, a minibar and Wi-Fi. It takes 3 adults, or 2 adults and a child. It leads the hotel’s list on most nights here, with the Pool Beach Villa close behind for anyone who wants sand under the door; for 31 December the list starts at that beach villa. When a seller names no villa, ask which one the figure buys.

It moves with where you search from. From the Maldives Expedia led on 8 December at $1,083, naming no villa. From the United States Priceline showed $988 and Booking.com $1,028 for a Water Villa with breakfast, and that same Booking.com rate costs $1,279 from the Maldives. None of them names the hotel’s plan, so compare the total on your own screen.

Does Booking.com include the seaplane?

Its Water Villa row names a free shared seaplane for 2 with a 7-night minimum. On a shorter stay, ask.
