Siyam World suits families and groups who want full days, with slides from the villas, a water park and a sports bar open all night: $958 a night for 2 adults, the lowest price any seller showed on Google, from 4 May 2027. Anyone after the hush of a small island will be happier elsewhere.

  1. The villa to ask for

I would ask for a Water Villa with Pool + Slide: 81 m² over the lagoon, with a private pool; 2 returning guests chose an overwater villa, one calling it a must. With children, the Beach Suite with Pool offers 102 m² on the beach.

  2. The weeks that cost less

    In the calendar read on 12 October 2026 the lowest week is 1 to 7 May 2027, from $872 to $958 a night. From 28 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 a night costs $1,632 to $1,674.

  3. What the plan leaves out

On WOW All-Inclusive, one meal per person in a meal period is included, with one starter, one main course and one dessert. Additional items are charged.

  4. Book the restaurants early

Specialty restaurants need a pre-booking on the plan; 3 guests, writing between September 2025 and July 2026, found them booked up or advise reserving ahead, and 2 had a member of staff book a table for them.

What Siyam World is

It opened on 28 October 2021 on a natural island in Noonu Atoll (Dreaming of Maldives, official site). The island covers 54 hectares, according to the official destination page, read on 15 October 2026. There are 468 villas in 16 types, every one with a pool: 291 over the water, with a slide down into the lagoon, and 177 on the beach, from 80 m² Pool Beach Villas to 4-bedroom residences of 712 m² (factsheet).

WOW All-Inclusive runs around the clock: breakfast at Baraabaru or Tempo, lunch at 4 venues, dinner at the buffet or one of 6 restaurants, from Takrai, the Thai, to Kurry Leaf, the Indian, and Kulhivaru, a sports bar open day and night. It covers 100 wines and 100 cocktails across 8 bars, a choice between the 3 listed cruises, the water park, non-motorised watersports and $50 of spa credit per adult per stay (WOW All-Inclusive).

The 2021 launch report describes a 2,580 m² floating park for ages 6 and up, with slides, trampolines, a tower and a 3.2-metre springboard (Dreaming of Maldives). The island also has a Marwari horse ranch, an electric go-kart track, electric Mokes to rent and a full-size football pitch (official site, factsheet).

On Google the resort scores 4.7 out of 5 from 2,746 reviews, on Tripadvisor 4.9 from 6,500, read on 4 and 5 October 2026. Guests praise the staff and the choice of restaurants (Google). WOW All-Inclusive covers one meal per person per sitting, and the island, with 468 villas, is busy at every hour.

How we choose the hotels

Those who come back

Among Siyam World’s regulars, 4 say it gets better each time, and one has had the same ambassador 3 years running. A guest on a third visit, writing in April 2025, flew into Malé at night, slept near the airport and took an early seaplane to reach the resort in the morning.

  • 12 of the 1,476 reviews with text say it is not a first stay
  • From a second stay to a fifth
  • One family has come every December for 3 years, the last time for 12 nights

  2. Character

  3. Rooms

468 pool villas in 16 types, from 80 to 712 m²; the smallest are compact.

  4. Food and social life

What makes it rare

A badge is an experience travellers look for, that is really here and that few hotels in the guide have.

  • Children’s kingdom

Here: Kidz World takes children from 3 to 11 and is covered by the all-inclusive; twice a month the Kidz Carnival takes over the beach.

204 of the 226 guests who write about the children are pleased. 8 hotels of 335 hold it.

    Every hotel with this badge
  • A table worth the trip

Here: dinner is a choice of 6 restaurants on the all-inclusive: Thai at Takrai and Indian at Kurry Leaf, both over the water, Spanish at Andalucia, The Wahoo Grill, Italian at Del Mare and Maldivian at Kaage.

From the hotel’s restaurant pages. 30 hotels of 335 hold it.

The 5 things that matter, as guests tell them

What do Siyam World’s guests say? They write it in their reviews, even those who only came for a drink or dinner: we read every one and tell the 5 things that matter, from the location to the bill.

  1. Location

Nearly every guest who mentions it is happy with it. Guests write about the turquoise lagoon, the long beaches and a big island they cross by buggy at any hour.

  2. Room

9 in 10 guests who mention it are happy with it. Large, clean villas, each with its own pool; the ones with a slide into the lagoon are the most written about.

  3. Staff and service

9 in 10 guests who mention it are happy with it. The staff are praised in nearly every review, often by name: the villa hosts, the waiters, the buggy drivers.

  4. Breakfast

7 in 10 guests who mention it are happy with it. Breakfast is the buffet at Tempo, on the beach, or Baraabaru with its live cooking; guests also remember the floating breakfast.

  5. Price

5 in 10 guests who mention the price find it fair. Guests who find the bill fair talk about the WOW All-Inclusive: restaurants included without a supplement, the water park, non-motorised water sports.

The scores come from 500 Google reviews with text, left from 27 June 2025 to 4 October 2026. The other hotels are the ones weighed for a stay in the Maldives: for each we read its latest 500 Google reviews with text, or all of them where there are fewer, as of 5 October 2026. The score is the average of what they say, from 0 if they speak of it very badly to 10 if they speak of it very well. Where only a few mention something, the score stays close to the guide’s average: a handful of voices does not make a reputation.

The hotels we weigh it against in the Maldives:

Price: for two on the night of 4 May 2027, from $958 (seen on Google Hotels on 12 October 2026).

What a night costs, season by season

A night for 2 adults reads $852 to $1,186 until 22 December 2026, then $1,062 to $1,516 from 11 January to 30 April 2027 and $872 to $1,054 from 1 May to 7 September, where the calendar stops; 23 December to 10 January runs from $1,587 to $1,674. I would look at 1 to 7 May 2027, from $872 to $958 a night; for 3 nights from 16 November 2026, read on 5 October, the resort’s own listing on Google asked $1,218 a night for a Water Villa with Pool + Slide on WOW All-inclusive, where that day’s calendar read $1,148.

The sellers’ figures include taxes and fees: for the stay from 7 December Booking.com’s link counts $960 of the $3,682 as taxes, service and green tax, just over a quarter. The shared seaplane comes on top: from 1 November 2026 Booking.com lists $515 per adult return (Booking.com).

What does Siyam World’s WOW All-Inclusive include?

It runs around the clock and applies to every villa: breakfast at Baraabaru or Tempo; lunch at Tempo, Together, Shipwrecked or Jungali; afternoon tea at Together; dinner at the buffet or 6 restaurants, Takrai, Andalucia, Kurry Leaf, The Wahoo Grill, Del Mare and Kaage; Kulhivaru open day and night; champagne, 100 wines and 100 cocktails across 8 bars; the minibar (WOW All-Inclusive).

The shared seaplane costs $490 per adult and $295 from 2 to 11 until 31 October 2026, then $515 and $310; the 7-night offer covers 2 guests, but the site excludes stays from 23 December 2026 to 10 January 2027, while Booking.com’s clause says 26 December–10 January without a year (Booking.com, offer).

Does Siyam World have a house reef?

Yes, but not all the way round: snorkelling from the shore works near the jetty and the villas, best at high tide, and the reef edge lies 400 to 600 metres out. Guests since 2024 mostly speak well of it (Google). Snorkelling gear is part of the non-motorised watersports on WOW All-Inclusive (WOW All-Inclusive).

Which villa should you book at Siyam World?

Veyo Spa sits in the island’s jungle, open from 9am to 9pm, with Thalgo treatments, an Ayurveda menu, 4-hand massages and a 7-day journey (spa). Anyone booking a treatment uses the hydrotherapy area, steam room, sauna and plunge pools free.
