I would ask for the Premium Overwater Villa with Pool: 74 m² with a king-sized bed, an expansive sun deck, a private pool and direct access to the lagoon; to spend less, a Deluxe Guest Room on the beach.
On 12 October 2026 Google showed 1–7 May 2027 as the cheapest week, with all 7 nights at $448 for 2 adults. The dearest, 3–9 January 2027, ran $1,052 a night, and 19 December 2026 alone showed $1,040.
The resort’s official update puts T-GST, the Maldives’ goods and services tax, at 17% from 1 July 2025 and the green tax at $12 per person per night from 1 January 2025. Breakfast at Feast is for a fee.

On the Google Hotels calendar, read on 5 October 2026 for 2 adults, a night cost $600 on 16 November 2026, $1,246 on 16 December, the highest, and $1,048 on 3 January 2027; $584 on 11 January, $564 on 5 February, $989 on 12 March and $628 on 1 April; from 1 May to 31 August, $448 every night, the lowest. Google showed no prices from 24 December to 2 January, nor after 31 August 2027. The minimum and maximum refer to dates with a price in the calendar read on 5 October 2026, rather than a full year.
The calendar gives the hotel’s lowest price, taxes and fees included. For 16 to 19 November the official site asked $517 a night for a Deluxe Guest Room facing the island, $620 for an Island Cottage, $736 for an Overwater Villa and $955 for an Ocean Villa; Booking.com also asked $517, taxes included: its booking link came to $1,551.31 for the 3 nights, $501.31 of it taxes, or 32% (Google Hotels). In the Maldives the rate carries the 17% T-GST and a green tax of $12 per person per night (official site).
