In the calendar read on 12 October 2026 every night of November costs $760 and 1 to 7 December $759, the lowest week from November on. From May 2027 nights start at $822; the dearest it shows is Christmas Eve, at $1,721.
On top of the rate
The seaplane costs $515 per adult return for stays from 24 December 2026 to 31 January 2027; H2O, $220 a head at lunch and $300 at dinner, before drinks. Staying over 24 or 31 December 2026 adds a compulsory dinner, $500 and $600 per adult.

What You & Me is
You & Me opened on 1 March 2019 as You & Me by Cocoon (Hotelier Maldives) on Uthurumaafaru island in Raa Atoll, and belongs to The Cocoon Collection with Cocoon Maldives and Joy Island (official site). It takes guests from 16 and has no facilities for children (FAQ). The island covers about 5.8 hectares and takes 13 minutes to walk round, measured on OpenStreetMap.
Of its 109 rooms, 99 are over the water (accommodation): they run from the 42 Lagoon Villas of 55 m² without a pool to the 12 Aqua Suites with Private Pool of 80 m² and the one You & Me Suite of 280 m²; the 10 Beach Suites of 85 m² are the only rooms on the sand (fact sheet). The Aqua Suites with Slide have a slide from the deck into the lagoon (Aqua Suite with Slide).
Since 27 December 2025 the resort has sold only its Premium All-Inclusive plan (meal plans): breakfast at The Sand, lunch and dinner à la carte in 5 restaurants, and drinks by the glass, champagne included, from 10am to 2am (Premium All-Inclusive). H2O, the underwater restaurant of chef Andrea Berton, sits outside the plan and is paid for separately (H2O).

Lunch with sharks beyond the glass, pizza with your feet in the sand, a massage above the lagoon and a sail as the sun goes down.
H2O, 6 metres under the sea
The underwater restaurant of chef Andrea Berton, whom the resort calls Michelin-starred, lies 6 metres below the surface with a 360-degree view and serves a set menu to 20 guests at a time, by reservation (H2O). The page lists $200 a head for a 5-course lunch and $280 for a 7-course dinner, drinks excluded, and for bookings from 1 January 2026 $220 for lunch and $300 for dinner, food only, with drinks charged as consumed; it does not say whether tax and service are included.
The plan’s 5 restaurants
The Sand has a sand floor, live cooking stations and the wine cellar, and serves breakfast and dinner; Green Carpet, by the pool, opens for lunch from 12.30 to 3pm; Rising Sun is the teppanyaki, La Pasta the Italian on the beach, with pizza, and the Sushi Bar sits near the pool (dining, Green Carpet). The plan adds 3 themed nights, one a seafood barbecue with lobster, prawns and oysters (Premium All-Inclusive).
The Elizabeth Arden spa over the water
4 overwater treatment bungalows, a sauna, a steam room and an open-air jacuzzi (fact sheet); beneath the massage bed a porthole looks down to the seabed (spa). It opens from 10am to 8pm, and a Balinese massage costs $160 for 50 minutes and $190 for 80, tax included (spa menu).
Out on the water at sunset
The plan gives a sunset cruise from 3 nights, one snorkelling trip per stay and, from 7 nights, a catamaran outing (Premium All-Inclusive). The Sunset Dolphin Cruise is paid for: the resort writes that hundreds of dolphins live in Raa’s waters and are often seen on its trips (excursions).
Picnic Island and the other trips
The excursions include Picnic Island, a deserted islet among the reefs, sunset fishing with hand lines the Maldivian way, a visit to an island of a few hundred people, big-game fishing and a trip to Hanifaru Bay (excursions). Prices are not published; French guests in September 2026 mention paid snorkelling trips of close to $400 (Google).
Evenings at Cheers Bar
Next to the main pool, among sofas and armchairs, there is live music every evening (Cheers Bar); the programme, included in the plan, has the White Party, Boduberu Night, karaoke and open-air cinema, and from 4.30 to 6pm tea and coffee are served here with snacks (Premium All-Inclusive). Guests write of the DJ nights, the live music and the themed evenings, on an island that otherwise stays quiet (Google).

The shared seaplane takes 45 minutes and is charged on top of the room price: $515 return per adult for stays from 24 December 2026 to 31 January 2027, tax included (Booking.com, Timeless Love). If you land in Malé after 3.30pm the seaplane cannot take you that day: Booking.com describes a night near the airport, the resort’s fact sheet a 30-minute domestic flight to Ifuru and 20 minutes by speedboat (fact sheet).
The house reef is a short boat ride away; you can snorkel the lagoon from the villas, though the resort advises against swimming there in rough seas because of the current (FAQ). Between June 2025 and September 2026, 5 Google reviews describe little live coral around the island, with sharks, rays and turtles; another 5, over the same period, praise the coral at the spots reached by boat on the excursions (Google).

The reef is a boat ride away
An Italian couple in September 2026 loved the beach, the rooms and the food, but warn that the coral reef can only be reached by boat and that there is hardly any organised entertainment: the resort is made for couples.
A guest who stayed 14 nights in September 2026 snorkelled off the villa deck more than on any of the boat trips, and praises the quiet and a kitchen that held up for 2 weeks.
A couple who tried 3 villas in September 2026 write that the slide is safe only around midday at high tide, lying down, because the water is shallow the rest of the day; the beach suite disappointed them, too close to the others and to the staff buildings.
A German honeymoon couple, writing in September 2026 after 2 weeks, describe evenings watching fish, sharks and rays under their lit villa; vegans, they warn, will have to be flexible.
A Russian couple, writing in September 2026 after 10 days with a cyclone and 3 days of sun, spent $700 at H2O on small portions: worth it once in a lifetime, they write, but not on a tight budget. The DJ nights, on the other hand, surprised them.
In August 2026 a guest describes almost 2 hours of contradictory information at Malé airport, a cancelled seaplane and the suggestion to sleep near the airport; the domestic flight and speedboat, first offered at $500, became free. The Wi-Fi, the guest adds, dropped outside the villa.

On 5 October 2026, for 16 to 19 November, the official site asked $1,038 a night for the Lagoon Villa, $1,274 for the Beach Suite and $1,906 for the You & Me Suite, on Premium All-Inclusive, the only plan sold since 27 December 2025; Agoda asked $937 for the Lagoon Villa (Google Hotels, meal plans). The seaplane and H2O are extra; booking on the website takes off a further 2% (offers).

Premium All-Inclusive covers the lounge at Malé’s seaplane terminal, a bottle of sparkling wine in the villa on arrival, breakfast at The Sand, lunch and dinner à la carte in 5 restaurants with 3 themed nights, drinks by the glass from 10am to 2am, champagne, cocktails and spirits included, a minibar with soft drinks, beers and a bottle each of white and red wine restocked daily, and tea with snacks from 4.30 to 6pm at Cheers Bar (Premium All-Inclusive).
It also covers a sunset cruise from 3 nights, one snorkelling trip, a catamaran outing from 7 nights, unlimited kayaks and paddleboards, up to 3 yoga or Pilates classes, the gym, the evening shows and Wi-Fi; from 5 nights a cooking class and 2 bottles of spirits of your choice. Left out are H2O, drinks after 2am, motorised water sports, the spa, other excursions and the seaplane.

In September 2026 guests described the snorkelling like this: one who stayed 14 nights swam off the deck more than from the boat, an Italian couple point out that the reef can only be reached by boat, and German guests found the coral marked by bleaching but saw sharks and rays every day (Google).
Which villa should you choose at You & Me?
To spend less, the 55 m² Lagoon Villa facing sunrise, for 2 adults; for a pool, the Lagoon Suite with Private Pool or the 80 m² Aqua Suite with Private Pool, both facing the sunset; for a slide, the 65 m² Aqua Suite with Slide, which has no pool (accommodation). The 10 Beach Suites of 85 m² are the only rooms on the beach (fact sheet); in September 2026 one couple found them close together and near the staff buildings, another preferred theirs to the water villa for its big bathroom and pool (Google).
