On Google Hotels, read on 5 October 2026 for 2 adults and 3-night stays, the resort’s own site asked $542 a night from 16 November 2026 for a Beach Pavilion with breakfast and $610 from 11 January 2027. The cheapest seller asked $417 from 16 November, $447 from 7 December, $491 from 11 January, $527 from 8 March and $500 from 7 June.
The calendar on the same card is close to the sellers: $437 on 16 November, $417 on 7 December, $462 on 11 January; the dearest nights are 29 December, at $1,055, and 5 April 2027, at $1,459. The sellers’ figures include taxes and fees: for the stay from 7 December Booking.com’s link counts $384 of the $1,340 as service, GST and green tax. The speedboat, $260 a head, comes on top (transfers).

The 50 m² Beach Pavilions cost less but sit in 2-storey blocks near the pool (factsheet, Google).
Is Sun Siyam Olhuveli good for children?
Yes: the Maakanaa Kidz Club takes children from 3 to 12, from 9am to noon and 2 to 10pm, with its own pool; there are 5 children’s pools and babysitting is booked 12 hours ahead (factsheet). What is the spa like? Is spa access included in the room rate, and can outside guests use it?
