Breakfast is the only meal in Soneva Jani Maldives prices: on Tuesday 17 November 2026 a night for 2 costs $3,144 from the hotel, tax in, and half board adds $250 per adult. The shared seaplane is $1,300 per adult. On Booking.com a Beach Hideaway costs $2,850 that night.

Soneva Jani night by night, November 2026 to September 2027

The year has 2 levels and a hole. Until 20 December a night starts between $2,714 and $3,067¹, with 2 Saturdays standing apart. Then the hole: no price on 17 and 18 December, nor on any night from 21 December to 11 January. On Tuesday 12 January 2027 a night starts at $3,642, and it holds at $3,642 or $3,828 until mid-March, reaching $4,046 late that month. On Monday 5 April it drops to $2,711. From May to September most nights stand at $2,608 or $2,741, and the weekday makes no difference.

The 2 Saturdays are about villa size. For 12 December the lowest villa on Booking.com is a 2 Bedroom Crusoe Reserve with Slide for 4², at $6,049, and the hotel shows $6,624. The 19th shows $5,692. If you are 2, ask the hotel for a smaller villa on those dates before you take either figure as the price of a night.

Now one night from each seller. For 17 November Expedia’s Beach Hideaway costs $3,058 and Hotels.com shows $2,876 with no villa named, and the hotel’s $3,144 names none either; nobody names a cancellation term that close to arrival. For Friday 7 May 2027 Reserving, a reseller that names no villa, shows $2,608, Hotels.com $2,766 and the hotel $3,024 with free cancellation until 7 April. For Saturday 3 April Reserving shows $3,839, the hotel $4,020 with free cancellation until 2 February, and Booking.com’s Beach Hideaway, also with free cancellation, $4,046.

Here is 17 November as a bill for 2 from the hotel. Rate $2,381, 10% service and 2% carbon tax³ $286, 17% GST on both $453, green tax $24: $3,144. Breakfast is already there. Half board⁴ adds $500 a night for 2, and the shared seaplane adds $2,600 once. 4 nights that way come to $17,176, or $4,294 a night, before the first glass of wine.

5 things to settle before paying

Ask which villa the hotel’s figure buys
Get the category by name before you compare. The slide into the lagoon comes with the Water Reserve; the Beach Hideaway has a pool and no slide.
Ask which seaplane fare applies to your dates
2027 has a high fare and a shoulder fare. Ask where your dates fall, and whether your seat is on Manta Air or on the resort’s own seaplane.
Land in Malé by 3.30pm
Later arrivals need a night in Malé or the domestic flight. Book the transfer at least 72 hours ahead.
Settle the plan for the whole villa
Everyone paying in one villa must take the same plan, so price it for all of you and for every night.
Write down the last day to cancel
Ask for the date, the deposit and the day the balance falls due, and ask a third-party seller whether its rules or the resort’s apply.

The 1 Bedroom Beach Hideaway: the villa on the sand, its pool and a timber swing

The 1 Bedroom Beach Hideaway⁷ is 480 m² on the shore, with a king bed, a children’s room, a private pool, a kitchenette and a retractable roof. There are 3 of them. The villa most people picture is the 1 Bedroom Water Reserve with Slide⁸, 555 m² over the lagoon, for the same number of guests; on 17 November Expedia lists it $233 above its Beach Hideaway. When a seller’s figure comes with no villa, ask which of the 2 it buys.
