From the car park to the falls

Your ticket on your phone
After buying, you receive an emailed barcode. Show it at Norris Penrose parking to receive your entry wristband; no printout is needed.³
Suitable shoes
This is a walking park: wear suitable footwear and prepare for changing weather. Stairs, trails and the lift may close in bad weather.⁴
If you also want to walk the trails
Visits average 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes; allow longer for the trails above the falls or a meal at Restaurant 1858.³

Before visiting

Where do I park for Seven Falls?

At Norris Penrose Event Center, 1045 Lower Gold Camp Road, Colorado Springs. Parking and the shuttle to the entrance are free; there is no parking inside the park.⁴

How many steps are there?

The main staircase has 224 steps and is the only way to reach the top of the falls. The staircase to Eagle’s Nest has 185.³

Is the park accessible with a pushchair or wheelchair?

The shuttle can carry both. A golf cart takes visitors with mobility concerns along the canyon, but stops short of the falls: there is about a 100-yard transition to their base, or about 30 yards to the Mountain Elevator.³

Can I change my ticket in bad weather?

Weather-related refunds, changes and rain checks are approved only when management closes the park.³
