Atlantis The Royal Dubai prices leave out one charge, the AED 20 Tourism Dirham: a night for 2 on Tuesday 17 November 2026 costs AED 5,133 from the hotel, breakfast and taxes in. On Saturday 6 March 2027 its list opens on a suite at AED 8,814.

Atlantis The Royal from November to September

The lowest figure for 2¹, as a search from the UAE shows it, moves in blocks. A typical November night is AED 4,474, with AED 3,653 from Sunday 22 to Wednesday 25 and AED 5,840 on Friday 13 and Saturday 14. Christmas climbs fast after December’s cheap run: AED 5,405 on the 24th and 25th, AED 9,253 on Saturday 26, AED 9,348 on Sunday 27. January jumps between AED 4,107 and about AED 7,000. February and March are the dear stretch, at a typical AED 8,204 and AED 8,012. May settles at AED 5,377, and most nights from Sunday 6 June to Saturday 18 September 2027 cost AED 4,268. On Monday 12 July a single seller, Stayforlong, shows AED 2,997; the next, Booking.com and Trip.com, stand at that AED 4,268.

The year’s highest figures are no guide to a normal stay. Monday 28 December 2026 stands at AED 210,016 because the Panoramic Penthouse⁷, 520 to 729 m² at the top of the resort, is the only thing listed that night. Breakfast, at least, is included. Tuesday 23 to Thursday 25 March 2027 stand at AED 23,152, and on the 23rd only Billabook lists it, with no room named. There is no price for 29 December to 3 January, 20 to 22 March, or 26 March to 2 April.

Take Tuesday 17 November 2026 seller by seller. The hotel² has the Seascape King with breakfast at AED 5,133, free to cancel until 10 November. From abroad Booking.com’s total with taxes and fees is AED 5,153, the hotel’s figure plus the Tourism Dirham. From the UAE its Seascape King Room shows AED 4,383, so ask whether a figure that low is open to you. Expedia’s first room, a Palmscape King with breakfast, comes to AED 5,520. Clicktrip’s AED 4,736 and klook’s AED 4,869 name no room and carry no free cancellation. The lowest figure from the UAE that night is MakeMyTrip’s AED 4,382, also with no room named. The same gap returns on Saturday 6 March 2027: Booking.com at AED 7,512 from the UAE, and at a total of AED 8,834 from abroad. That night the hotel’s list opens on a suite, and its Junior Sky View Suite costs AED 8,814; Expedia has the same suite, Royal Club in the name, at AED 8,551.

That Saturday’s suite makes a clear bill. The room rate³ is AED 7,195. The 10% service charge brings it to AED 7,915. The 7% municipality fee and the 5% VAT add AED 899, which gives the hotel’s AED 8,814. The Tourism Dirham then takes the night to AED 8,834. Altogether the 3 percentages add 22.5% to the rate, because VAT also falls on the service charge.

Guests on Google⁸ write about the money afterwards. One reports AED 7,408 for a single night in February 2026. In April and May 2026, 3 guests wrote that their deposit had not come back after 3 to 4 weeks, one of them after being told to expect it within 14 working days. A UAE resident in August 2026 paid AED 26,500 for 3 nights in 2 connected rooms with a living room, then found comparable 2-bedroom space on Booking.com for under AED 20,000.

5 things to settle before paying

Ask for the amount that ends the bill
Have the seller state one figure in dirham with every tax and the Tourism Dirham inside it, before you enter a card.
Ask whether a guest room is left
Some nights the list opens on a suite. Ask for Seascape or Palmscape by name; if a seller gives you only a low figure, ask which room it buys. Reservations answers on +971 4 426 0008.
Find your own cancellation date
It moves with the season and falls at 3pm Dubai time. A third-party seller can set a different date, so go by the one on your confirmation.
Watch for the link on a flexible rate
The hotel takes a card guarantee at booking, then sends a payment link for the full amount one day before your deadline. Unpaid after 24 hours, the booking is cancelled.
Leave room on a credit card
The hold at check-in runs per day, so multiply it by your nights, and allow for it staying on the card for a while after you leave.

The entry rooms are Seascape and Palmscape, 55 to 60 m²⁵, named for what the glass faces: open sea or the Palm. Each comes as a King for 2 adults or a Queen for 3 adults and a child. On 17 November the Palmscape King costs AED 5,494 from the hotel and the Seascape Queen AED 6,033. The step up is the Junior Sky View Suite⁶, 78 to 96 m² with a king bed, for up to 3 adults, and its rate brings the Royal Club Lounge.
