On a first visit the chef suggests at least 3 of the “Eight Highlights”, shared in the middle of the table: 2 or 3 cold dishes, then 2 or 3 hot ones, with sushi and dessert to finish.

If you are not staying: Yes: the restaurant and bar welcome non-residents; the pool is paid for with a lounger, a daybed or a cabana.¹¹¹³
Booking: On SevenRooms, until 1pm for the pool; walk-ins are welcome if there is room, and places are assigned in order of arrival. Hotel guests book through Reservations or the concierge.⁴
What it costs: A lounger is AED 250 a head Monday to Thursday, with AED 125 to spend on food and drink; AED 350 Friday to Sunday and on public holidays, with AED 150. Half a day, to 7pm from 3pm Monday to Thursday or from 4pm Friday to Sunday: AED 175, all of it to spend.⁴⁵

What there is to eat

On the à la carte menu of 16 March 2026, tacos and crispy rice come 2 pieces to an order, from AED 55 to 120; among the signature sashimi, Yellowtail Jalapeño is AED 155.²

From the fryer, Creamy Spicy Rock Shrimp Tempura is AED 155 and Nobu Style Fish and Chips AED 125; from the robata, Chilean Seabass Shiso is AED 200, king crab leg AED 330 and A9 ribeye with oregano miso AED 350.²

Nobu Style sandwiches come with dashi fries: the Chicken Club is AED 125, the Wagyu Beef Sando AED 230; 6 Gillardeau No.5 oysters are AED 210, and the Caesar salad AED 85, with AED 220 more for lobster.²

Night Swims

On Fridays from 8pm to 11pm the pool reopens for Night Swims, with music and cocktails: a sunbed is AED 250 a head, a daybed AED 600 for 2.¹

Christmas by the pool

At Christmas, on 24 and 25 December, the restaurant serves the carte with festive specials, from noon to 10.30pm.¹
