The choice, in short
Why choose Caesars Palace
A weekend morning with nothing planned before mid-afternoon, and an appetite for crab, waffles and crème brûlée at one sitting.
Brasserie B menuWhen to look elsewhere
No brunch price is printed for the buffet, its reservation holds a place in the queue, and there is no brunch service from Monday to Thursday.
Other Strip brunchesA buffet of 10 kitchens, or eggs and oysters in a brasserie
Hours, dishes and prices are from caesars.com and from the buffet’s OpenTable listing, read on 11 October 2026.
The Bacchanal Buffet is the brunch with the long menu. Caesars describes a pancake and waffle station, eggs Benedict, smoked salmon and bagels, omelettes made to order and chicken fried steak with biscuits and country gravy, then the dishes that are its own: Crab Florentine Benedict, Huevos Divorciados, and a breakfast slider of Angus beef with bacon jam and truffled egg. The page’s dessert section adds crêpes made to order, gelato, and small portions meant for trying several: crème brûlée, egg tarts, ube mousse and tiramisu. The room covers more than 25,000 square feet, with 10 kitchens and 9 chef-attended stations, and Caesars calls it the largest buffet in Las Vegas.
Brunch there belongs to the long weekend. The buffet opens at 9am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and at 2.30pm from Monday to Thursday; its OpenTable listing, the one Caesars’ «Make a Reservation» button opens, splits the 3 early days into brunch from 9am to 3pm and dinner from 3pm to 10pm. The 3pm change is printed there only. A booking is a place in the line and no table is held: you check in with the host at your time, are sent to the cashier, and are typically seated within 30 minutes. Walk-ins and the virtual waiting list carry no guarantee of entry, the listing warns.
What it costs is the one thing Caesars leaves off the page. The only figure printed there is the Early Bird Dinner, $69.99 from Monday to Thursday between 2.30pm and 4pm, with a reservation. OpenTable files the buffet under «$50 and over» and reproduces a visitor’s post giving adult prices of $86.99 from Monday to Thursday and $91.99 from Friday to Sunday as of 18 August 2025. In the reviews we hold, a guest wrote on 24 August 2026 of $100 a person, «totally worth it», another 2 days earlier of $100 and food that «was not spectacular», and one in September of $110. On OpenTable, 2 diners who had eaten the day before we read the listing wrote of $100 a person and of «spending $91». None of the 5 says whether the meal was brunch or dinner.
Brasserie B is the other kind of brunch: a booked table, a menu and a bill by the dish. It runs on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3.30pm in a dining room of 140 seats, with blown-glass chandeliers, cane-backed café chairs, an L-shaped bar and a raw bar under a lit canopy. Eggs Benedict are $26 and Eggs Royale, with smoked salmon, $28; a French omelette with wild mushrooms and goat’s cheese is $24, French toast with berries $22, a Croque Madame $26 and the Lobster Club $38. The raw bar sells oysters at $25 the half dozen, and the steak frites with a small green salad are $49, $7 more with 2 eggs.
From Monday to Friday Brasserie B serves a breakfast menu from 8am to 11.30am with most of the same egg dishes; French toast is printed at $24 there and at $22 on the weekend brunch menu. For anything called brunch on a weekday there is Café Americano. The café never closes, and its menu page says breakfast is served daily from 6am to 11am. That menu opens on a section headed «Breakfast and Brunch», with an All American Breakfast at $26 and a Birria Benedict at $28; under «The Griddle» come Red Velvet Chicken & Waffles at $29 and Tres Leches French Toast at $25. A guest noted in July 2026 that an apple juice at breakfast there cost $9.
From the booking to the dessert station
- Reserve on OpenTable
Both restaurants take bookings there. At Bacchanal the listing strongly recommends one; a party of more than 10 may make 2 reservations.
- Check in with the Bacchanal host
At your reserved time, then pay at the cashier and wait to be seated, usually within 30 minutes of that time.
- Go first to what is cooked to order
Omelettes and crêpes are made to order, and the kitchens are open to the room; the cold dishes and the small desserts can wait.
- Or sit down at Brasserie B
Brunch is ordered from the menu until 3.30pm. The restaurant closes for an hour then and reopens for dinner at 4.30pm.
- A shirt and shoes at the buffet, business casual at the brasserie
Bacchanal refuses swimwear, robes and sheer clothing, which matters when the pool is the next stop. Brasserie B asks for business casual.
- Have breakfast, or wait for 2.30pm
Brasserie B serves breakfast until 11.30am and Café Americano from 6am to 11am, staying open at any hour. Bacchanal opens at 2.30pm, when the Early Bird Dinner is $69.99 until 4pm; OpenTable dates that offer from 13 August to 3 December 2026.

Brunch is a bill of its own

Neither brunch is folded into an ordinary room rate. The one rate with a meal in it is a package with a set breakfast for 2 at Brasserie B between 8am and 11am, which the hotel guide recorded from Caesars’ booking pages on 1 October 2026. A guest wrote in August 2026 of brunch at the hotel followed by a Kelly Clarkson concert the same night (Google reviews).
