You want a name you know on the door, from Gordon Ramsay’s Beef Wellington to Nobu’s black cod and Peter Luger’s dry-aged porterhouse, with something open at any hour for the walk back from the casino.
The listYou want prices before you book, or a buffet regularly priced under $70: the $69.99 Early Bird is a specific promotion. Caesars publishes only dollar signs for most of its restaurants and for the Bacchanal only the Early Bird’s; 2 guests who wrote in August 2026 paid $100 a head there and one in September $110.
Across the roadCaesars Palace opened on 5 August 1966 and turned 60 this summer; much of how the Strip eats was tried here first.
In 1992 Wolfgang Puck opened Spago in the Forum Shops, the first upscale restaurant by a celebrity chef inside a Las Vegas casino resort, Wikipedia records. In 2004 Bobby Flay opened Mesa Grill here, his first restaurant outside New York; it closed in November 2020 and became Amalfi, his fish-and-pasta room, early the next year.
Guy Savoy said no at first. He came in 2006 only when Caesars asked him to recreate his Paris restaurant, and on one condition, that it serve 5 days a week; in 2008 he sent his Paris executive chef and the room earned 2 Michelin stars (Wikipedia). It still opens from Tuesday to Saturday only (Guy Savoy), and when the MICHELIN Guide returned to Las Vegas on 31 August 2026 its inspectors gave it one star, praising the artichoke and black truffle soup and a wine list «the size of a medieval manuscript» (MICHELIN).
Hell’s Kitchen took the place of the Serendipity 3 diner in January 2018. It was meant to double as the studio for the show’s 19th and 20th seasons, but with every table booked and no room for cameras the filming moved elsewhere (Wikipedia).
The 2020s changed the old guard. Dominique Ansel arrived in 2022, Peter Luger replaced Rao’s in late 2023, Brasserie B replaced the Old Homestead in 2024, and Mr Chow, on the second floor above the pools, closed in 2025 (Wikipedia). On 4 October 2026 the Rao’s and Old Homestead pages on caesars.com returned «page not found» (caesars.com).
Hours are each restaurant’s own on caesars.com, read on 4 October 2026. Several change at the weekend, and the buffet opens later from Monday to Thursday.

Brasserie B serves Bobby Flay’s breakfast from 8am to 11.30am on weekdays, then lunch until 3.30pm (Brasserie B). Dominique Ansel has been selling the Cronut since 7am (Dominique Ansel).
At 11 the counters open: Mokbar’s dumplings and ramen, Tortazo’s tortas, Chicken Guy and Buddy V’s pizza (Mokbar). Hell’s Kitchen and the Pub & Grill open at the same hour, and Beijing Noodle No. 9 behind its fish tanks (Hell’s Kitchen).
From Monday to Thursday the Bacchanal Buffet opens at 2.30pm and closes at 9pm; from Friday to Sunday it runs from 9am to 10pm (Bacchanal). The Pub & Grill’s happy hour runs from 2pm to 4pm every day (Pub & Grill).
Amalfi opens at 4.30pm, Nobu, Peter Luger and Stanton Social at 5, and Restaurant Guy Savoy at 5 from Tuesday to Saturday, closing at 9 (Guy Savoy). Stanton Social rests on Mondays and Tuesdays (Stanton Social).
Hell’s Kitchen takes its last diners until 11.30pm. After that Pronto by Giada serves until midnight, Bobby’s Burgers until 1am and Buddy V’s until 2am, both until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays (Bobby’s Burgers).
Caesars Palace stands at 3570 Las Vegas Boulevard South. Bellagio is across Flamingo Road to the south, Paris Las Vegas across the Strip, and The Cosmopolitan beyond Bellagio.
