The choice, in short
Why choose Caesars Palace
A morning in the Roman baths, with a treatment or with a pass alone.
In the bathsWhen to look elsewhere
Men and women bathe separately, and the pass, 3 hours by the spa’s own page, has no way back in once you leave.
Other spas on the Strip3 pools, a cedar sauna and a room of ice
What Qua’s own pages listed on 11 October 2026, with the prices from its booking site.
Qua sits just above the Diamond check-in desk, beside Restaurant Guy Savoy, and Caesars now presents it as newly renovated. Its centre is the Roman bath house: a soaking pool, a cold plunge, a whirlpool, a traditional sauna, steam, and the Arctic Room. The page speaks of moving between heat and cold, of guided circuits, and of a bar serving plant-based refreshments.
The pass is the way in without a treatment. The spa menu describes what it opens: 3 Roman soaking baths, a circuit through the Cedarwood Sauna, the Herbal Steam Room and the Arctic Ice Room, and an iced tea of the house blend in the Tea Lounge. On the booking site it costs $90 for guests staying at Caesars Palace and $120 for everyone else. The listing calls it a Spa Day Pass and prints no time limit. The 3 hours come from the spa’s own page, where the «Book Now» button beside the words «a 3-hour pass» opens that same listing; its FAQ speaks of a 3-hour Roman Passport bought at reception with no reservation. Ask at the desk how long yours runs.
Massages begin at $190 for 50 minutes: the Restful Aromatherapy, or the Salt & Stone, worked with warm Himalayan salt stones. 100 minutes of either is $380. The signature massage, Qua Restore, adds a foot treatment and a scalp massage, at $200, $320 or $400 for 50, 80 or 100 minutes. Sports Deep Tissue and the CBD Massage Journey cost the same as the signature at 50 and 100 minutes. Facials run from $220, for the Instant Glow or the Rose Radiance, to $500 for 100 minutes of Celestial Black Diamond; the signature facial, Qua Glow, with LED light and a collagen mask for hands and feet, is $460. Among the seasonal offers a HydraFacial is $260 for 50 minutes and $520 for 100.
The newcomer is Aescape, a massage given by a robot: you set the pressure, the areas to work on, the music and the lighting from a console. The spa page announces it from this October; half an hour is $88, or $196 with a full day in the baths. By the pools there are short treatments for skin that has had too much sun, at $40 each. There are classes as well, Yin Yoga and mat Pilates at $45 for 45 minutes, with a run club along the Strip and a HIIT circuit both listed at $0.
For a longer stay inside, the booking site has packages. Couples Retreat, a massage followed by a facial for 2, is listed at $450 for 100 minutes, and Couples Soul Mates, a scrub and a massage, at $580 for 150. Supercharged Recovery strings a CBD scrub, a hot salt-stone massage and a relief cream over 150 minutes for $610; Self Love lasts 200 minutes and costs $820. The Birthday Treat, at $190, is a 50-minute signature massage with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, 15% off in the shop and the baths all day.
The reviews we hold say little about Qua, and what they say is brief. A guest in September 2026 wrote that the spa was out of this world; 2 others that month mentioned it in the same breath as the pools, one of them calling both beautiful.

Sleep in the tower the spa is in

Qua is on level 2 of the Augustus Tower, so an Augustus room is the short way to the baths when they open. The hotel guide compares the towers and their prices on dated nights, and explains the resort fee: it covers the gym for 2 and leaves the baths out.
The hotel, rooms and guest reviewsRoman baths, a hammam or a climbing wall?
3 hotel spas within reach of Caesars Palace, each built round something different.
Sahra, at The Cosmopolitan, is a hammam: a heated stone, 2 soaking tubs, steam rooms. Its day pass, $100 from Monday to Thursday and $150 from Friday to Sunday, is for that hotel’s own guests; others need a treatment. Canyon Ranch, at The Venetian, sells passes to everyone, $125 or $150 for visitors, and differs from Qua in 2 ways that matter: bathing suits are required in every area, and teenagers of 14 to 17 may come with a parent. It also has a 40-foot climbing wall. At Wynn the spa was redesigned in 2019 and opens from 7am to 7pm.
Bellagio, across Flamingo Road, is no alternative this autumn. Its spa is under renovation: treatments only, with the saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools closed.

Caesars Palace spa: your questions
Can I use the Caesars Palace spa without staying at the hotel?
Yes. Qua is open to anyone of 18 or over, by booking a treatment or buying the pass, which costs visitors $120.
How much is a day pass to Qua Baths & Spa?
$90 for guests of Caesars Palace and $120 for others on the booking site, read on 11 October 2026. The listing gives no time limit; the spa’s own page describes the pass as 3 hours, and its booking button opens that listing.
Is Qua co-ed?
No. The Roman baths and relaxation lounges are separate for men and women, and clothing is optional in them.
Is the spa included in the Caesars Palace resort fee?
No. The resort fee covers the fitness centre for 2 people; the Roman baths are paid for with a pass or come with a treatment.
How much is a massage at Caesars Palace?
From $190 for 50 minutes to $400 for 100 minutes of the signature Qua Restore, on the booking site. An 80-minute signature massage is $320.
Do I need a reservation at Qua?
For a treatment it is recommended, to be sure of the hour you want; walk-ins are accepted. The Roman Passport, the FAQ says, is bought at the spa reception.
What is the Arctic Room?
A cold room in the Roman baths, which the spa menu calls the Arctic Ice Room and places in a circuit after the sauna and the steam room.
