Other barsThe list is called “Rome in a Sip”1, written by Maestro Salvatore Calabrese with Mattia Capezzuoli, and it runs by era: imperial Rome, the Baroque, La Dolce Vita. The Nerone2 tastes of mezcal and friggitello pepper, the Cinema Paradiso of rum and grapefruit.
Among the house classics sits the Stravinskij Spritz2, prosecco with red fruits and a homemade liqueur; among the Maestro’s signatures, the Negroni Svegliato, its red vermouth infused with coffee. If you are not drinking, there are Secret Whisper and Hidden Fountain.

Allow €26 a head2 for the drink, €24 if you are not drinking alcohol, and ask what arrives to eat with it and whether service goes on the bill.
