What Ambar is

Ambar means “sky” in Sanskrit. The bar accommodates up to 60 guests.¹

The house vermouth is infused with local botanicals: drink it on ice or in classics such as an Americano, Boulevardier or Manhattan.⁴

Coffee Negroni combines gin, vermouth and Campari with Balinese Robusta coffee.⁴

Jazz every day

The programme ranges from trios to quartets, with instrumental jazz on Wednesdays and Smooth Jazz on Saturdays.¹
