For 2, I would start with the bedroom and the hours we intend to spend there. King Loft looks a useful size for ending the day with a bath and beginning the next without rushing to breakfast.

An extra hour for breakfast
Club Lounge breakfast ends at 11am from Tuesday to Friday and at noon from Saturday to Monday. If I have chosen a category that includes it, that margin lets me leave the alarm alone.
Dinner and the show
The package pairing an Alain Ducasse tasting menu with a Golden Circle ticket for House of Dancing Water starts at MOP 3,498 per person. I would settle the day, performance and table together before building the evening around it.
The minibar, item by item
The complimentary in-room refreshments exclude alcohol. I would separate the 2 before opening a bottle; it makes the final bill easier to follow.

What Morpheus is

Morpheus belongs to City of Dreams, the large Cotai complex of hotels, shops and gaming rooms. Remedios Studio designed its 772 rooms, suites and villas. For a few days here I would allow time for the building itself: the journey between the bedroom and dinner deserves some attention.

Yí serves Chinese food on the skybridge at level 21. Its menu follows the 24 solar terms of the Chinese calendar, beneath a golden ceiling that curves over the room. It is the table I would choose to keep the Morpheus architecture around me through dinner.

For a treatment, head down to Morpheus Spa. A steam room, Finnish sauna and vitality pool lead into time in the relaxation room. A day inside the hotel soon fills up; before travelling, I would distinguish what I want to try from what comes with the room rate.

What does a night cost?

Where is the swimming pool?

The outdoor pool is on level 40, 130 m above the ground. It opens from 10am to 8pm, with meals, snacks and drinks served poolside.

Which rooms include the Club Lounge?

Lounge access is provided for guests in villas and Prestige Suites, and for VIP guests. On level 30, it opens from 7am to midnight; have access specified in the booking if you are considering another category.

How would I arrange a treatment?

The spa is on the north side of level 5 and opens from 11am to 10pm. Before adding a treatment to the room, I would establish its length, price and included facilities. For a day visit, agree the spa arrangement separately.

When can I use the gym?

The Fitness Club is on the north side of level 5 and opens from 8am to 8pm.

Where can I park?

Hotel guests receive free parking with unlimited access during their stay. Visitors have 3 free hours a day, after which parking a car costs MOP 25 an hour.

What should I wear to Alain Ducasse, and can children dine there?

Alain Ducasse at Morpheus asks for smart elegant dress, with no sandals, sleeveless shirts or shorts for men. Children aged 10 and over are welcome.

What should I do about allergies?

The kitchen handles many ingredients and cannot guarantee against cross-contamination; I would establish whether dinner is suitable before confirming it.
