I would choose it for an early departure or late arrival, leaving a few hours between the bedroom and pool. For daily walks around central Delhi, compare the journeys first: Aerocity is a base close to the airport.

Is it for you?

For 2, I would look at Terrace Room if we have a whole day between flights. Space outside the bedroom matters more to me than a large suite I will leave almost immediately.

I’d ask for
The terrace, arrival time and any included breakfast.
Worth knowing
Match the rate to the hours when you can actually use the room.

Covered seating beside the pool
  1. Breakfast in the lounge

Executive Lounge access includes a hot buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and dessert. Before adding another meal plan, I would start with the parts of the day already arranged.

  2. A drink at the Lobby Lounge

I would have a drink at the Lobby Lounge before deciding where to eat. It would also be my meeting place for the group before committing to a restaurant table.

  3. The hours before the flight

A short night would change my choice: book for the bedroom I can use, then the transfer. For a late flight, have an extension quoted before assuming an afternoon upstairs.

What JW Marriott Aerocity is

JW Marriott occupies a corner building in Aerocity’s hotel district, near Worldmark. Among its restaurants, ADRIFT Kaya serves Japanese food; Delhi Baking Company is the option for coffee and pastries.

The rooms have marble bathrooms with separate baths and showers. As well as accommodation with a terrace, there are suites with a sitting room: extra space interests me when I expect to use it during the day.

We choose the hotels of this guide ourselves, one at a time: no one pays to be in it.

How we choose the hotels

The 5 things that matter, as guests tell them

What do JW Marriott Aerocity’s guests say? They write it in their reviews, even those who only came for a drink or dinner: we read every one and tell the 5 things that matter, from the location to the bill.

  1. Location

9 in 10 guests who mention it are happy with it. One guest recommends the area for a transit stay; another finds it poorly placed for sightseeing.

  2. Room

8 in 10 guests who mention it are happy with it. The space and bed please one guest; another reports an unpleasant smell in the room.

  3. Staff and service

Hospitality feels professional and helpful to one overnight guest; at the bar, a visitor instead describes a long wait for drinks.

  4. Breakfast

Breakfast impresses one guest with its breadth of choice; another finds it decent without considering it exceptional.

  5. Price

The stay feels worth the price to one guest; another expected more at that price level.

172 guests said so on Google, from 11 March 2026 to 3 November 2026. Stored Google reviews dated from 4 November 2024; the latest 500 with text, or every available text when fewer. The other hotels are the ones weighed for a stay in New Delhi: for each we read its latest 500 Google reviews with text, or all of them where there are fewer, as of 4 November 2026. The score is the average of what they say, from 0 if they speak of it very badly to 10 if they speak of it very well. Where only a few mention something, the score stays close to the guide’s average: a handful of voices does not make a reputation.

The hotels we weigh it against in New Delhi:

Price: for 2, the night of 22 December 2026, from 19,909 INR on Google Hotels on 4 November 2026.

How does the spa work?

Spa by JW opens daily from 8am to midnight and requires an appointment. Establish the treatment’s length, price and included facilities before adding it to the booking.

The Oberoi, New Delhi

I’d leave some of the diary empty here. Go out, come back, choose dinner without starting another restaurant search across the city: that is how I’d use part of the stay. If a hotel is simply somewhere to sleep, I’d compare that premium with what an extra night in India could give you.

Taj Palace, New Delhi

I’d book Taj Palace for a Delhi stay where dinner is part of the reason to come back. Loya and Orient Express give the evenings different directions; for stepping straight into market streets, I would choose another neighbourhood.
