Doors open, by booking
The Grand Spa opens every day from 9am to 9pm. If you are not staying, you book through the spa on +39 02 6256 2300 or at spa@palazzoparigi.com, and guarantee it with a credit card.
Palazzo Parigi’s spa in Milan takes visitors who are not staying: you book through the spa and come any day between 9am and 9pm. The hotel publishes no entry price; a Tripadvisor answer to a 2018 question and Lombardia Secrets in September 2026 both say €100 a head, treatments extra.

You want an afternoon of spa in central Milan, a pool, a hammam and a massage, without necessarily staying; and if you do stay, the spa comes with the room.
The spaYou want the price before you book, or a whole Saturday in the water: entry has to be asked of the spa, and at weekends your time may be rationed.
Other spasOutside, the traffic of Porta Nuova; 3 floors up, Moorish arches, zellige tiles and a pool full of daylight.
Palazzo Parigi opened in 2013 on the site of Palazzo Kramer, destroyed in the Second World War. Its owner, an architect, wanted it to carry the allure of the great hotels, the Ritz and the Savoy among them.
The Moroccan-inspired spa takes up the whole third floor. Around the pool the walls are clad in zellige tiles and pale marble, and the mosaic pool opens onto a terrace over the private garden, as Forbes Italia described it in 2022.
For face and body the spa works with Valmont, the Swiss anti-ageing house, and for the hammam rituals with the natural products of Nectarome. Every treatment can be booked for 2, in a couples’ room.
We came to know the Grand Spa through 7 pages of the hotel’s website, its 2 PDF menus, the spas of 4 hotels nearby, 2 Tripadvisor questions, the press from 2022 to this month and the answers Google and ChatGPT gave on 30 September 2026 to anyone asking what it costs. Then we read, one by one, the 102 Google reviews that mention the spa, out of 875 with a text: 16 were written by people who came only for the spa, for an afternoon, a massage, a gift or a weekly habit. None of them says what entry cost; 2 call the price fair, and the only figure is €300 for an hour of private spa.
The Grand Spa’s pool among white arches, a suite with the Duomo’s spires on the skyline, tea in the hall and aperitivo in the garden.

The circuit takes in a large indoor pool, a Turkish bath, a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, an emotional shower, an ice fountain and a relaxation room; the pool opens onto a terrace over the private garden. Bring only a swimsuit: robes, towels and slippers are provided, guests write.
The Oasi Bar serves light, healthy food among palms and North African ornaments, looking over the garden terrace. Its prices are not published.
Arrive 30 minutes early: a late start means a shorter treatment. A 50-minute massage costs €150 and an 80-minute one €190; the 50-minute Royal Hammam is €220 and the 105-minute Thousand and One Nights ritual €380.
300 square metres of Technogym equipment, with a weights area and a room for yoga and Pilates: visitors may use it from 9am to 9pm, hotel guests from 6.30am to 10pm.
The Ristorante Gastronomico serves dinner every day from 7.30 to 11pm; the spa closes at 9.

A spa within the spa, in pink marble, for 2 or for 4.

The Royal Hammam Privée is a suite of about 100 m² in pink marble and in the Moorish style, with a 6 by 2 metre pool and warm hydrojets; it is booked separately, for up to 4 people, treatments not included. The hotel’s page mentions 2 steam baths, the price list one. The price is on request: the only public figure comes from a visitor who paid €300 for an hour of private spa in December 2025, which is also the price of the 80-minute Oriental Dream hammam ritual. 6 of the 7 treatment rooms take their mood from China, Bali, Polynesia, Morocco, India and Sweden. Hotel guests use the spa for free: a Premium Room has 42 m² and a balcony.

Search for “palazzo parigi spa” from the UK and Google opens on the hotel’s home page, then on its Grand Spa page, in Italian, and the questions Google suggests beneath are in Italian too. Of the hotel spas nearby, only one publishes a price for visitors: the Armani/SPA, 1,000 m² on the eighth floor, sells 3 hours of relaxation area and gym for €110, Monday to Thursday. The Four Seasons, with its 14-metre pool, and the Mandarin Oriental sell memberships that include the pool and saunas, but neither page offers a day entry; Casa Cipriani keeps its facilities for members and hotel guests. Palazzo Parigi has the larger spa of the 2 that give a size, 1,700 m² to the Armani’s 1,000; its entry, about €100 in the sources, has to be asked for.

Of the 875 Google reviews with a text, read on 30 September 2026, 102 mention the spa, the pool, the hammam or a massage: 85 give 5 stars and 11 give 4 stars. Guests write of the pool, of the massages and of therapists they thank by name, and of how quiet the spa is.
Who gets in, what it costs, for how long, the treatments and the children: what people ask when they want the Grand Spa without the room.
Yes, by booking through the spa on +39 02 6256 2300 or at spa@palazzoparigi.com: the price list says that anyone not staying books directly with the spa and guarantees the booking with a credit card, and the gym takes outside visitors from 9am to 9pm. Places are few, though: in 2023 Flawless wrote that the spa accepts only a handful of bookings a day.
The hotel does not publish it. The 2 figures in circulation agree: €100 a head for entry only, treatments extra, 9am to 9pm, in a Milan user’s answer to a Tripadvisor question posted on 22 May 2018, which the same person repeated in a second thread; and “Day spa: da 100 euro”, from €100, in Lombardia Secrets on 9 September 2026. Where they part: the first answers an 8-year-old question with a flat price, the second gives a starting price. Budget at least €100 each, plus treatments.
Asked about a time limit, the Tripadvisor answer gave only the hours, 9am to 9pm. In April 2026 a visitor who came for a couples’ massage found a one-hour limit at weekends. The hotel’s website says nothing about it.
The website says so only for hotel guests: free use of the spa, treatments excluded. Nothing is written for visitors. Among the Google reviews, 5 people who came only for the spa, between 2022 and 2026, describe a massage with the pool before or after; none says whether entry was added to the bill.
On the price list, a relaxing, deep-tissue or draining massage is €150 for 50 minutes and €190 for 80, the Thai massage €170 and the 25-minute express treatments €100. The hammam rituals cost €220 (50 minutes), €300 (80) and €380 (105); Valmont facials run from €100 to €255, up to €395 for the 90-minute Elixir des Glaciers; the multi-treatment journeys are €285 and €400. Manicures start at €60 and pedicures go up to €100, according to the PDF price list.
In June 2022 Forbes Italia, in a sponsored BrandVoice piece, named a Grand Spa & Fitness Club Membership giving use of the gym; the hotel’s website does not mention it today, and no source gives a price. Nearby, the Four Seasons publishes memberships from €600 a month.
On request: the suite, about 100 m² with a 6 by 2 metre pool, is booked for up to 4 people, treatments excluded. The only public figure is a visitor’s €300 for an hour of private spa in December 2025; €300 is also the price of the 80-minute Oriental Dream hammam ritual, which may be what they had.
No. On 30 September 2026 Google’s AI summary for “quanto costa la spa a palazzo parigi” said treatments and packages cost “dai 300€ in su”, from €300 upwards; the price list starts at €100 for 25 minutes, and a 50-minute massage is €150. The same day ChatGPT gave the Tripadvisor €100 as the only figure, without saying the question dates from 2018, and passed over the newer Lombardia Secrets figure. SpaClub’s listing, for its part, gives the spa 300 m², the size of the gym: the spa has 1,700.
Every day from 9am to 9pm, pool included. The gym opens to hotel guests from 6.30am to 10pm and to visitors from 9am to 9pm. The only age rule is written for hotel guests: under-12s must be with an adult. No minimum age is published for visitors’ children or for treatments.
Yes: gift vouchers are requested from the spa by email, at spa@palazzoparigi.com, and the website prints no price for them. In December 2023 Sky TG24 listed a voucher for a day at the Grand Spa, and 2 Google reviews, from 2018 and 2019, describe visits that began as a present.
For hotel guests the spa is free, treatments aside. On 26 September 2026 Google Hotels showed the official site’s price at €1,608 for the nights of 14 and 25 October and €1,410 for 14 November; for 27 September, in the middle of Milan Fashion Week, €2,994.
