Served until 11am on weekdays and 10.45am at weekends, in the gastronomic restaurant’s dining room or at Le Relais Plaza. The dining page prices the Continental at €60, the American at €75 and a child under 13 at €50.
The Michelin-starred Plaza Athénée restaurant is La Grande Table: 6 courses at €295, at dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with a €190 lunch on Saturday alone. Le Relais Plaza, the Art Deco brasserie under the same roof, opens every day, with a set lunch from €65 from Monday to Saturday.

La Grande Table du Plaza Athénée is built round one piece of furniture: a Royal Table of antique pink Breccia marble, under a gilded ceiling and the 20,000 gold leaves of the designer Remi Tessier. The kitchen cooks what the house calls cuisine de patrimoine, French recipes up to 250 years old, reworked by executive chef Jocelyn Herland and head chef Anthony Di Prospero. Dinner is one menu of 6 courses, Les Agapes: an Escoffier soup, a pâté en croûte, a crustacean, then turbot Dieppoise, sea bass with a vin jaune sabayon, roasted veal Madame de Maintenon or a 28-day-old Pornic squab grilled on the barbecue with blackcurrants, cherries and blackberries, before cheese and the Grand Dessert Belle Époque.
2 courses can be traded up for a supplement, the crustacean for a Marie-Antoinette brioche with caviar and the dessert for one named the Angels’ Vanilla Spirit, and a vegetarian menu, Les Quatre Saisons, is cooked on request. The service belongs to Denis Courtiade, restaurant director, at the hotel for more than 20 years; Laurent Roucayrol leads the sommeliers; the desserts are by Angelo Musa and Damien Gibault, who joined in September 2026. Behind glass doors inside the kitchen sits Le Cabinet des Conspirateurs, a private dining room with a view of the pass.
Le Relais Plaza is the brasserie, and by the hotel’s account one of the last Art Deco dining rooms left in Paris: 1930s frescoes, a Lalique chandelier and stained glass engraved with the zodiac. Victoria Boller, its head chef, draws on her Lyonnaise heritage. Her carte lists grilled leeks with gribiche at €22, a Caesar salad of chicken oysters made at the table at €46, a sea bream gratin dated 1962 at €45, spaghetti with shellfish and champagne named after the liner Normandie at €64 and a whole spit-roasted chicken with mashed potatoes for 2 at €118. The brasserie has a terrace of its own on the avenue, where the same dishes are served.
La Galerie, the room Bruno Moinard designed with a mosaic floor and windows on the courtyard, fills the hours between meals: breakfast from 8am, a lunch and dinner card served from noon to 11.15pm, then drinks until closing. The club sandwich is here, at €48, beside a French onion soup at €30, a Croque-Plaza of chicken, Comté and black truffle at €58, a Wagyu smash burger at €45 and the McCarthy salad of the Beverly Hills Hotel, another Dorchester Collection house, at €44. Angelo Musa’s afternoon tea is served in this room every day, and his pastry trolley is offered from 1pm to 7pm at €21 a selection.
Outdoors, the year decides. On the avenue, La Terrasse Montaigne trades as La Terrasse Eden from 15 April to 31 October, with an Italian menu by Salvatore Bianco of Hotel Eden in Rome, a cacio e pepe pizzetta among its dishes, and the Eiffel Tower behind the olive and lemon trees; it closes for winter and reopens each spring. La Cour Jardin, the courtyard, cooks in spring and summer and returns in winter with an ice rink and the Plaza Athénée Chalet, where dinner means melted cheese and champagne.
Guests’ accounts on Google praise the plates and count the minutes. One writing in August 2026 calls Le Relais Plaza excellent and always a pleasure to return to; another that month lunched on the patio and praised food and service alike. A lunch visitor in January 2026 thought the Wagyu burger beautiful and waited 10 minutes to find the server and ask for more water. A regular of 16 years, also writing in January 2026, was served eggs Benedict at €36 at breakfast in La Galerie and found the service slow.
Served until 11am on weekdays and 10.45am at weekends, in the gastronomic restaurant’s dining room or at Le Relais Plaza. The dining page prices the Continental at €60, the American at €75 and a child under 13 at €50.
Starter and main or main and dessert for €65, all 3 for €75, with a glass of wine at €20. The menu was still September’s when read on 11 October 2026: sea bass fillet with white wine sauce, or veal tartare with smoked aubergine.
A shorter menu at €190, with a glass of champagne, mineral water and hot drinks in the price. The restaurant’s page ends the sitting at 1.30pm and the hotel’s dining FAQ at 2.15pm, so ask which applies when you reserve.
The September–October menu costs €185: pastries, a glass of Moët & Chandon, starters to share, then free-range chicken fricassee with vin jaune, steamed cod or eggs Benedict with lobster, and desserts that include Angelo’s Paris-Brest. That price leaves out the 5% employee contribution.

Stars, days and hours as each hotel’s own page gave them on 11 October 2026.
The hotel’s page speaks of 5 restaurants and bars, and its FAQ lists 6 names, counting the bar: the gastronomic restaurant, the brasserie, the gallery, the courtyard, the avenue terrace and Le Bar. 2 of them are seasonal and one serves drinks first, so on an autumn evening the choice comes down to 3 rooms.
La Grande Table’s own page calls it Michelin-starred and gives no number. The MICHELIN Guide, read on 11 October 2026, lists it with one star in its 2026 France selection; the hotel’s dining FAQ, read the same day, still says 2.
€295 a person before wine and supplements, or €275 for the vegetarian menu. The Saturday lunch is the lighter bill, at €190 with champagne, water and coffee or tea inside the price.
The pages read on 11 October 2026 name Jocelyn Herland as executive chef and Anthony Di Prospero as head chef of La Grande Table, under the heading “a new chapter”, and do not mention Jean Imbert. Guests’ reviews up to January 2026 call the restaurant Jean Imbert au Plaza Athénée, and one of August 2026 still names him as its chef, so ask the restaurant if the answer matters to your booking.
At La Grande Table, yes: come dressed for dinner, with a jacket if you are a man, and leave caps, shorts and sportswear at home. The brasserie, the gallery and the terrace ask for smart casual.
Yes, for lunch and dinner. The €65 and €75 set lunch is offered from Monday to Saturday and skips public holidays, so on a Sunday you order from the carte.
To La Galerie only. The hotel’s rules, read on 1 October 2026, keep pets out of Le Relais Plaza, the gastronomic restaurant, the courtyard, the terrace and the bar, and ask that a dog be declared when you book.
Yes. A reviewer in November 2025 came for the brunch without staying, and the lunch visitor who wrote on 1 October 2026 was not a hotel guest either. Each restaurant’s page carries its own booking button.
