La Grande Table Marocaine opens through a blue patio, with lute and oud music. Hélène Darroze works with chef Karim Ben Baba on the Moroccan cooking. Dinner runs daily, 7pm–10.30pm: the menu lists harira at 350 MAD, sh’hiwates at 520 MAD and pigeon pastilla at 720 MAD. Friday adds lunch, noon–2.30pm, with a 600 MAD couscous menu per person.
Sesamo is Massimiliano Alajmo’s Italian restaurant, with Murano chandeliers and a setting inspired by Venetian palaces. The published dishes include spicy-pesto risotto and beef carpaccio. 2, 3 or 4 courses cost 950, 1,250 or 1,550 MAD per person; the Mamma Rita menu is 1,500 MAD. Dinner is daily, 7pm–10.30pm, with Il pranzo della nonna also offered at Sunday lunch.
La Grande Brasserie opens daily, 7am–10.30pm, to residents and visitors. Hélène Darroze’s French cooking comes with tableside carving, flambé dishes and a bread trolley; seafood, profiteroles and mille-feuilles feature in the restaurant’s description. Sunday’s Brunch d’Hélène combines starters and seafood from the Patio des bars buffet with signature dishes served at the table.
Le Jardin serves Asian and Mediterranean cooking outdoors. Lunch runs noon–4.30pm, with Sushi Jeudi on Thursdays: shiso tempura, sea bream sashimi and kombu nigiri are among its dishes. Dinner is listed at 7pm–10pm from spring onwards; check evening opening for a winter visit.
Reserve the restaurant you want and ask separately about using the bars afterwards; a dinner booking need not settle every part of the evening.
