The choice, in short

The vegan Eggplant Napoleon comes with plant-based Italian sausage, tofu ricotta and watercress purée.

Dover sole carries a USD 65 supplement to the menu, which changes the bill if that is the dish you want.

Lobster bisque comes with Armagnac and tarragon crème fraîche.²

Puglia burrata comes with a baguette, Aleppo pepper, apple butter and fresh mint.²
