Café 103 takes its name from its floor: it sits on the 103rd floor of the International Commerce Centre, beside the lobby of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, and the hotel’s overview puts the lift ride up at 90 seconds. The café’s site describes a refined lounge where skyline views meet buffet spreads, and its private dining page speaks of floor-to-ceiling views; the site asks only for casual dress. The room keeps 3 services a day: a lunch buffet, an afternoon tea and a dinner buffet.
From 1 September to 20 November 2026 both buffets run as an «Artisan Japanese Buffet Feast». The hotel’s eShop credits it to Shinji Furuya and Yuji Tsubota, 2 chefs from The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, and says the spread takes its spirit from kaiseki: seasonal sashimi and sushi, premium seafood, classic Japanese hot dishes and artisan desserts. The hotel illustrates the café with a photograph of its seafood counter, and its dining page describes the buffets as local specialities served beside international favourites.
Lunch runs from 12pm to 2pm on weekdays and to 2.30pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. On the weekday lunch page an adult pays HKD 638 and a child aged 3 to 12 HKD 398; on the weekend lunch page the figures are HKD 778 and HKD 498. With the 10% service charge, a weekday lunch comes to HKD 701.80 a head.
Dinner starts at 6.30pm. From Sunday to Thursday the room stays open until 10pm in one sitting, according to the café’s FAQ; on Fridays and Saturdays it is served in 2 rounds, 6.30pm to 8pm and 8.30pm to 10pm. Monday to Thursday costs HKD 898 for an adult and HKD 558 for a child, Friday to Sunday HKD 948 and HKD 568, so a weekend dinner for 2 adults reaches HKD 2,085.60 once service is added.
The cheaper way in is the eShop. It sells e-tickets for each buffet below the menu price: 30% off lunch, 25% off dinner from Monday to Thursday and on Sundays, 30% off the 6.30pm round on Fridays and Saturdays and 35% off the 8.30pm round, which brings that late adult ticket to HKD 616.20. The 10% is still charged on the full price, the tickets lapse on 20 November, public holidays, festive days and their eves are excluded, and a table must be reserved in advance by phone or email, on a line open from 10am to 6pm. Each ticket page also offers free-flow sparkling wine, house wine, beer, juices and soft drinks as an add-on.
Between the buffets the café serves afternoon tea, from 3.15pm to 5.15pm every day. The current one, made with Issey Miyake Parfums around its Lumière d’Issey scent, runs from 29 June to 20 November 2026 at HKD 388 for one or HKD 628 for 2, and every guest takes home a fragrance gift set. The tea menu lists a caviar brioche with confit egg yolk, a foie gras sphere with apricot jelly and yuzu, smoked salmon under pistachio crumble and an artichoke panna cotta with black truffle; then lychee with bergamot honey and vanilla Chantilly, cassis with slow-poached pear and almond streusel, raspberry with pistachio praline on a floral financier and a green mandarin and orange blossom mousse, with a plain scone, a hazelnut brioche, clotted cream and rose petal jam. A glass of Veuve Clicquot adds HKD 198.
The view is where guests disagree. Writing in January 2024, a party of 5 at dinner said the harbour showed only to someone standing at the far left or right of the room, and that a seated diner faced walls and mirrors; a guest in May 2022 described a long, narrow room with few seats, and one in March 2026 counted 2 window tables open for afternoon tea and added that the washroom window had the fuller view. A guest who reserved the breakfast buffet ahead in March 2024 was given a window seat at the back on the left, looking towards Tsim Sha Tsui East.
The food has its regulars. Among the hotel’s 795 Google reviews gathered on 15 October 2026, 11 mention Café 103 by name. A guest in May 2025 called a Sunday dinner maybe the best buffet in Hong Kong, from fish to sushi and a live cooking station, with free-flow champagne at a reasonable price; a regular writing in May 2022 said they choose it for dinner buffets every time, for the desserts above all; a company held its annual dinner there in December 2023. The cooler accounts call the food ordinary; a guest writing on 31 May 2022 liked the sweets, found the rest average and thought one visit was enough. Google’s own listing for the café showed 4.0 out of 5 from 407 reviews on 17 October 2026.
Book on SevenRooms from the café’s site or call +852 2263 2270; for more than 5 guests, call or email the restaurant. Ask for a window table when you book.
If you want the eShop’s price, pay for the ticket online, then reserve by phone or email between 10am and 6pm. SevenRooms listed Saturday 17 October as closed for a table of 2; the next seats were for afternoon tea on Sunday 18 October and for dinner on Monday 19 October.
The lunch buffet opens at 12pm and closes at 2pm on weekdays, 2.30pm at weekends and on public holidays.
Tea is served until 5.15pm, every day of the week; SevenRooms offered arrival times from 3.15pm to 4pm.
Sunday to Thursday, dinner runs to 10pm. On Fridays and Saturdays the first round ends at 8pm and the second begins at 8.30pm.

Reception and the café share Level 103, so a hotel guest can go from the check-in desk to the seafood counter without another lift. The room in the photograph is a Grand Victoria Harbour Room, one of the categories named for the water the café’s windows face. A guest writing in July 2025, after 1 night, thanked their concierge and a member of the Café 103 team by name and said they had felt like a king and queen.
