OZONE sits on Level 118 of the International Commerce Centre, the tower in Kowloon whose upper floors The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong occupies; a 90-second lift ride takes guests to the hotel’s lobby on the 103rd floor. The bar’s site calls it the highest rooftop bar in the world, and the Hong Kong Tourism Board calls it the world’s highest rooftop bar. Inside, the light is blue, a DJ plays, and as the evening goes on the outdoor terrace becomes the place to watch the lights of the skyline.
The cocktails come from the Neo Nexus menu, which follows the bar’s earlier Five Elements list and comes in 3 chapters, Neo, Nexus and Tropical Noir, with drinks called Walled City, Static Fizz and Safari Hunter. The hotel’s own Ritz Negroni, made with a private batch of Michel Couvreur malt, Campari, palo santo and sherry vermouth, is HKD 298. A glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is HKD 268, a prosecco HKD 138, a mocktail from HKD 148 and a half of Sapporo on draught HKD 128.
The food is built to share at the bar: Korean chicken wings, rainbow nachos, Maine lobster rolls and Wagyu sliders sold by the piece, truffle fries, an Angus beef tartare, Nebrodi black pig ham, sashimi, nigiri and maki from the section the menu calls Noire Sushi Bar, and churros to finish. The menu’s grander plates are seasonal oysters at HKD 488 the half dozen, a cheese board at HKD 288 and 50g of Amur river caviar with blinis at HKD 998.
Each night has its own sound, says the bar’s offers page: a DJ with live drums on Thursdays, a woman DJ on Fridays, a DJ with a saxophone on Saturdays. On Sundays, from noon to 2.30pm, there is a brunch with a DJ at HKD 688 a person; free-flowing classic drinks add HKD 298, and free-flowing Veuve Clicquot HKD 498, plus 10% service.
For a group there are 2 private rooms: O2, for up to 8, with its own washroom, and O3, for up to 12 at a sit-down dinner, with a 270-degree view over Victoria Harbour. The events page adds a VIP room for up to 30, and the whole bar, 6,000 square feet with its terrace, takes up to 500. Bottle packages run from Gold, HKD 2,188 for a bottle of spirit and 2 carafes of mixer, to 3 bottles of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs for HKD 4,888.
The weather decides the evening. In August 2025 a guest found the terrace closed because of a storm, and the waiter took the party to see the skyline from the private dining area instead; a guest in March 2024 left one line of advice: be careful with the weather before you go up.
Of the 795 Google reviews of the hotel collected on 15 October 2026, 33 name OZONE, and 31 of those give 5 stars. Several thank a bartender or a waiter by name. The 2 accounts that went less well: in October 2024 a guest with a special occasion to mark saw a seat requested in advance given away, and a guest staying for the New Year fireworks, writing in February 2025, said the bar dropped the ball repeatedly.
