Aman New York prices: a night on Aman’s own calendar, month by month, with the taxes inside

On 11 October 2026 Google Hotels’ calendar returned no prices for Aman New York, so this page reads the hotel’s own, which is the better source: the prices are Aman’s. Aman’s booking calendar prints a figure under each night, for one suite and 2 adults; we read it that day from 11 October 2026 to 31 August 2027, 316 nights with a price. When a night is opened, the rate list gives the same figure as the from-price of its cheapest suite and marks it «Including taxes & fees». These are prices with the tax already in them. By month the median night was $4,945 in what was left of October, $3,568 in November and $3,797 in December; $3,051 in January, February and March; and $3,453 in every month from April to August. Across the reading the commonest figure, on 112 of 316 nights, was $3,453.

The calendar moves in steps. From April to August a night is $3,453 from Sunday to Thursday and $3,683 on Fridays and Saturdays, with one exception: 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15 May, at $4,314. From January to March the step is lower: $3,051 on 56 of 88 nights, $3,224 on most Fridays and Saturdays, and $2,822 on Sunday 7 February, the lowest of the reading. December holds at $3,568 on 14 nights and rises to $5,289 for Friday 4 December and $5,060 for the Saturday. The steps look like round rates with tax on them, and that reading is our arithmetic, not Aman’s statement. Aman’s offer pages give the taxes as 14.75% for city and state plus a nightly occupancy tax estimated between $10.50 and $14: $3,000 with 14.75% and $10.50 added comes to $3,453, and $2,650 treated the same way comes to $3,051, to the dollar. The booking pages themselves print no pre-tax rate.

Autumn 2026 is the dear end. The 18 October nights still on the calendar ran from $4,601 to $9,205, the last for Thursday 15 October, with $8,219 the night before; 22 and 23 October had no price. November opens at $4,601, drops to $3,453 from the 3rd, and then climbs: $4,830 for Friday 13 November, $12,923 for Saturday the 14th, no price for the 15th and 16th, $6,096 for the 17th. We opened the list for 14 November: it began with a Corner Suite from $12,923 and went up to a Three-Bedroom Home on a full floor from $37,941, and no Deluxe, Junior, Premier or Grand Suite appeared on it. The cheapest nights of the month are the 25th and 26th, at $3,109.

For Sunday 7 February 2027, the cheapest night, the list ran suite by suite: a Deluxe Suite 56th Street from $2,822, a Junior Suite on Fifth Avenue from $3,166, a Premier Suite 56th Street from $3,453, the Premier Suite Fifth Avenue from $4,027, the Grand Suites from $6,383 and $6,555, a Corner Suite from $10,284 and a Three-Bedroom Corner Suite from $20,106. Between the Deluxe Suite, of 67 to 69 m², and the Premier Suite 56th Street, of 80 to 83 m², the difference that night was $631.

Google Hotels’ calendar, read on 13 October 2026, measures something else: the lowest price it showed for each night, searched as one night for 2 adults, with no suite named. For 10, 11 and 12 November it gave $3,000, where Aman’s calendar, tax included, gave $3,453 on 11 October; for 16 October, $4,169 against Aman’s $4,830; for 14 October, $7,100 against $8,219; for 15 October Google had no price, and Aman’s calendar $9,205. For 7 February 2027, the lowest night on both, Google gave $2,450 and Aman, tax included, $2,822. The one breakdown we hold is older: on 28 September Google’s row for Aman’s own site listed 14 October at $3,300 plus $497.25 of tax. We set the 2 readings side by side without calling the gap a rise.

With tax and breakfast already inside, little is left to add. Every stay includes daily breakfast, the house car for drop-offs within 20 blocks, a complimentary bar with an espresso setup, butler service and the 3 floors of the spa with its pool. The hotel’s policies say the card given at booking is authorised for the full suite rate and tax for the whole stay, plus $350 a day for incidental charges. A dog costs $350 per stay, non-refundable. And the rate itself comes in more than one form: Advance Reservation, for bookings made at least 45 days ahead, is prepaid in full and can be neither changed nor refunded.

Guests’ own figures, in Google reviews, run from the entry suite to the top. One wrote in March 2025 that the room cost $2,103 with tax, and that the fridge full of drinks and snacks was included and refilled. Others give $2,900 a night, in December 2024, and $3,000, in October 2024, both of them let down by details of the service. A guest in September 2025 spent $20,000 a night on an apartment and called it a waste of money; another, in March 2024, paid $12,500 for the Aman Suite and gave the stay 10 stars.

February 2027 holds the lowest night, on a floor of $3,051 that January and March share, and November 2026 is the widest month, from $3,109 to $12,923. From April the calendar is almost flat: June shows $3,453 on 22 nights and $3,683 on the other 8. Over the 316 nights, 201 stood at $3,453 or less and 29 at $4,600 or more.

For one night there is a neighbour to set beside it. For 12 November 2026 the Waldorf Astoria New York, another Midtown hotel in this guide, showed $1,554 on its own link, $1,786.76 with tax, when we read it on 5 October; Aman’s calendar gave $3,453 for that night, taxes inside, on 11 October. The Waldorf’s figure comes without breakfast; Aman’s is for a suite with it.
