A room at Atlantis buys access to much of the resort, rather than unlimited eating and drinking.
The official FAQ is explicit that Atlantis is not an all-inclusive resort. Hotel guests receive Aquaventure access, including the Rapids River, slides and protected Paradise Lagoon, plus The Dig and other marine habitats. Beach towels are provided at Aquaventure guest-service locations without charge.
Meals are separate from a normal room reservation, and you can charge restaurant and lounge bills to your room. A breakfast-inclusive promotion covers the meal named in its terms; it does not turn every restaurant and drink into an unlimited package. The current Fall Into Paradise offer, for example, advertises breakfast for 2 on stays of 4 nights or more.
Pool access also depends on where you sleep. The Cove Pool and Baths Colonnade are for adults aged 18 or over staying at The Cove; Cascades Pool is for guests of The Cove or The Reef. If those pools are central to the holiday, choose the tower for its access as well as its room.

- Choose the tower
Check whether you are booking The Royal, The Coral, The Cove, The Reef or Harborside. Access to the Cove and Reef grounds and their reserved pools is restricted.
- Read the named inclusions
Start with the room rate and add meals. If breakfast or a dining plan is included in an offer, keep the offer’s meal and restaurant terms with the booking. Meals are not part of a standard room reservation.
- Reserve the restaurant
Dinner reservations can be made within 90 days of arrival. Choose restaurants and times before leaving, rather than assuming a meal package guarantees a table.
- Allow for the airport journey
Atlantis does not offer complimentary airport transfers. Book a paid transfer or take a taxi; the hotel’s internal shuttle is a separate service.
- Bring a credit card
A card is required for incidentals, with the hold varying by stay and package. Atlantis is cash-free and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

A guest writing in September 2026 enjoyed Fish by José Andrés and eating at Shake Shack beside an aquarium, but warned that meals and even bottled water at Atlantis were expensive. They recommended eating outside the resort some of the time.

Do hotel guests need to buy Aquaventure day passes?
