The Atlantis Paradise Island spa is Mandara Spa, 28 treatment rooms open every day from 10am to 6pm, where a 60-minute massage starts at $200 on the brochure the resort links to. That brochure dates from October 2025 and adds a 20% service charge to every bill.

Price listIt shuts at 6pm, the prices come from a brochure of October 2025 whose base rates may rise with the day and hour, and the service charge adds a fifth.
Other Nassau spasWhat the rebuilt spa holds, and what its menu charged when we read it on 11 October 2026.
The resort’s spa page announces that Mandara has reopened after a transformation «inspired by the serenity and depths of the ocean», its colours running from pale coast to deep blue. Mandara’s own page gives the measures: 30,000 square feet, 28 treatment rooms, couples’ villas with a soaking tub and a private shower, wet rooms, and a suite built round a bed of amber and quartz crystal. A new space, The Gallery by Antonius Roberts, shows original work by the Bahamian artist. Serenity Cove, a private spa suite of 1,620 square feet, is meant for bridal parties and small gatherings.
Mandara speaks of a Balinese heritage, the island is Bahamian, and the brochure keeps both. The Balinese massage, all long strokes and thumb pressure, starts at $220 for 60 minutes, $260 for 75 and $300 for 90. The Bahamas Botanical massage costs the same and is mixed to order from island plants: soursop leaf, fever grass and hibiscus to calm; feather leaf, peppermint and neem to wake; sandalwood, grapefruit, rosemary and 5 finger leaf against inflammation. A Swedish massage is the least dear, from $200, $240 and $280; deep tissue, the coconut poultice and the Fire & Ice hot stone each start at $230, $270 and $310. A couples’ massage is priced for 2, from $420.
The crystal bed has treatments of its own. The Hot Mineral Body Boost and the Poultice-Powered Muscle Release, 75 minutes each, start at $290; a sound bath with sound bowls on the same bed is $160, for 30 minutes on the brochure and 35 on Mandara’s page. Facials are by Elemis. The Mandara Ultimate Facial, which uses 6 BIOTEC technologies, from ultrasound and microcurrent to LED light, starts at $270 for an hour and $350 for 90 minutes; the plainer Superfood Pro-Radiance begins at $210. The Bahamian Bush Bath, 30 minutes in a tub of soursop, feather leaf, cinnamon, orange and rose, is $125.
The water rooms are what the menu calls Taking of the Waters. Women and men have their own, reached from the changing rooms, each with a hydrotherapy pool, a cold plunge, a steam room and a sauna; the women’s adds a room scented for aromatherapy, the men’s a lounge with a television. Any spa service opens them at no charge. Without one they are sold by the day: $50 for a single day, $85 for 2, $110 for 3, $125 for 4. All of this is the brochure of October 2025; the resort’s page for the reopened spa speaks of steam, sauna and cold plunge, and mentions neither a hydrotherapy pool nor the aromatherapy room or the lounge.
Read the small print before the total. The brochure is a file created on 27 October 2025, and guests’ reviews were still describing building works at the spa in February 2026; the resort’s page, which says the spa has reopened, links to it all the same. Its prices include Value Added Tax, and a 20% service charge is put on the bill in place of a gratuity; the brochure says the therapist receives all of it. Its figures are «base rates» that may go up with the time and date. The booking site shows most treatments one eleventh lower, by our arithmetic: the Balinese hour at $200.00 against the brochure’s $220, the Swedish at $181.82 against $200. Some do not follow: the Fire & Ice hour is $210.00 online against $230, and the couples’ massage $420 on both. Neither page explains the gap, so take the brochure as the figure to budget and the spa desk as the one to confirm.
The reopened spa has a clinic as well as a salon. Under Medi-Spa the resort lists Dysport, Restylane, microneedling and drips; on the booking site a microneedling session of 30 minutes is $450, a Glow or Hydrate drip $300 and the NAD+ drip $1,200. In the salon a haircut and style starts at $95, a man’s cut is $60 and a classic manicure starts at $50. The Fitness Center, a separate 15,000 square feet nearby, lists classes at no charge, sunrise yoga and a bootcamp among them, and others at $22.73.
Guests who wrote about the spa on Google this year split by date. During the works, a review of February 2026 tells of paying over $300 for a massage and finding the sauna and plunge pool out of use; the resort later offered a partial refund, the writer added. Since then one guest, in June 2026, called it the best Swedish massage they had ever had and the spa «beautiful and tranquil»; another, in July 2026, counted the spa a highlight of the trip and praised a therapist attentive to their comfort from start to finish.

Every day of the week.
The resort’s page takes $25 off any service of 60 minutes or longer that starts after 12pm; Mandara’s own page gives the promo code RELAX25.
Arrive at least half an hour before the appointment to use the steam, sauna and pools first.
A late arrival may have the treatment cut short and still pays the full price.
The spa and salon close. The Fitness Center’s closing time is 6pm on the brochure, 7pm on the resort’s page and 8pm on Mandara’s.

The spa at The Ocean Club, also on Paradise Island, is the small one: 8 villas, each with a garden and an outdoor bath, on the same 10am to 6pm day. At Baha Mar, in Nassau, ESPA matches Mandara’s 30,000 square feet and keeps the longest hours of the 3, and Sense is the Rosewood’s spa and salon.

No. Every treatment is priced, and the steam rooms, saunas and pools of the spa are free only with a spa service. On a day without one, the brochure of October 2025 sells the pass at $50.
From $200 for a 60-minute Swedish massage to $310 for 90 minutes of deep tissue or hot stone, on the brochure of October 2025, before the 20% service charge. On a $220 Balinese massage that charge comes to $44 by our arithmetic, if it is taken on the listed price.
The resort gives 10am to 6pm, daily, for the spa and the salon.
Adults’ treatments and the thermal rooms are for guests of 18 and over. The brochure refers 13 to 17 year-olds to a teen spa menu and children of 5 to 12 to salon services; we did not find that menu’s prices on the pages read.
The pages read set an age limit and print no rule about where you sleep. They also stop short of saying that a visitor without a room is admitted or may buy the thermal pass, so ring 242-363-3000 and ask before you go.
A 20% service charge is added automatically «in lieu of gratuity». The brochure leaves anything more to you.
Yes, from $420 for 2 people for 60 minutes. Mandara’s page describes couples’ villas with a soaking tub and a private shower.
Mostly lower. On 11 October 2026 a 60-minute Swedish massage was $181.82 online and $200 on the brochure; the couples’ massage was $420 on both, and the Fire & Ice hour $210.00 against $230. The brochure states that its prices include tax; the booking page carries no such line.
