The choice, in short
One name, 5 hotels, and a price for each
Google Hotels showed no price for the resort on 8 October 2026 or on 11 October, so every figure here is from the resort’s own booking engine, read on 8 October for 2 adults.
The engine sells stays, never a single night: the minimum is 2 nights, by the resort’s rate guide, and what it prints is an average per night for the stay. Each figure below is that average, on the lowest tariff shown, with the hotel it belongs to. It is a room rate. The engine says in its own words that VAT, levies, the resort fee and gratuities are added to it.
In autumn the low end is The Coral. 2 nights from Tuesday 20 October 2026 averaged $216 a night there, against $244 at Harborside, $265 at The Royal, $342 at The Reef and $454 at The Cove. The weekend of 23 October cost more, $279 at The Coral and $699 at The Cove, as the rate guide leads you to expect: Sunday to Wednesday is the quiet half of the week, Thursday to Saturday the dear one. For 13 to 15 October The Coral and Harborside were not on offer and the lowest rate was The Royal’s, $286. By 10 November The Coral stood at $377, and The Royal, at $650, cost more than The Reef at $538.
The holidays change the scale. 4 nights from 25 November, inside the 21 to 27 November dates the resort’s autumn offer blacks out, averaged $727 a night at The Coral, $917 at The Reef, $927 at The Royal and $1,074 at The Cove, all on the flexible Best Available Rate. 2 weeks later, for 8 December, The Coral was back at $230. 4 nights from 22 December averaged $579, and 5 nights from 28 December, across New Year, $1,219 at The Coral, $1,495 at The Royal, $2,399 at The Reef and $2,699 at The Cove.
January comes down without returning to October. For 2 nights from 12 January 2027 The Coral averaged $297, Harborside’s villas $295, The Royal $363 and The Cove $584. 3 nights from Friday 12 February averaged $524 at The Coral and $1,139 at The Cove. The resort’s own guide puts its «lowest average» rates at $250 for The Coral, $270 for Harborside, $290 for The Royal, $390 for The Reef and $430 for The Cove, and names May, September and October as the months when rates are lowest.
What the bill adds is in the resort’s FAQ. First 21% on the room rate: 10% VAT, a 4.4% Paradise Island levy and a 6.6% promotion-board levy. Then the resort fee, $70 plus VAT, so $77 a room a day at The Coral and The Royal and $82.50 at The Cove and The Reef. Then a gratuity for each guest of 12 or over, up to $7 a day in a standard room at The Coral or The Royal. Worked on the stay of 10 November, The Coral’s $377 comes to about $548 a night for 2; October’s $216 comes to about $353. The sums are ours, made with the FAQ’s figures.
The resort fee is where the water park lives. It covers Aquaventure every day, The Dig, the Predator Tunnel and the open-air marine habitat, Wi-Fi for 4 devices, the gym for 2, 2 refillable bottles a room, films, the resort shuttle and local calls. Meals are another matter: the FAQ states that they are not part of a room reservation, and guests sign for them at the restaurants.
Guests who complain about cost mostly mean the food. One, in September 2026, reckoned on about $500 a day for a couple on food and activities alone, and still gave 5 stars. Another that month warned that eating every meal inside the resort could use up a trip’s budget by the second day, and advised eating outside now and then. A third, in October 2026, paid $30 for a pizza. 2 reviewers in September 2026 mention the VAT that comes on top.
5 things to settle before you book
- Start from The Coral
It was the cheapest of the 5 on 8 of the 10 stays; Harborside’s villas were $2 lower for 12 January 2027, and for 13 October 2026 it was not on offer. In the low weeks The Cove cost about twice as much: $454 against $216 for 20 October, $489 against $230 for 8 December.
- Arrive on a Sunday, leave by Thursday
The rate guide gives Sunday to Wednesday as the lower-priced nights, and May, September and October as the off-peak months.
- Add 21%, then $77 a day
And up to $7 a person a day in gratuities in a standard room at The Coral or The Royal. Suites, The Cove and The Reef are charged more.
- Non-refundable or flexible
For 10 to 12 November the King Terrace View room at The Coral was $377 a night non-refundable and $539 on the flexible rate. A non-refundable booking is paid in full at once and can be cancelled only within 24 hours of making it.
- Decide before 31 October for Christmas
A stay between 18 December 2026 and 2 January 2027 can be cancelled without penalty only if the resort receives the cancellation before 31 October 2026; from 1 November the whole stay is charged.

Which hotel a price belongs to

Every figure on this page names its hotel, because the gap between the 5 is often wider than the gap between 2 months. The Coral is the family tower, with guestrooms of 32 to 33 m² and a full balcony; on 10 November its lowest room was the King Terrace View. The Royal stands beside the water park. The Cove is all suites, with a pool kept for adults; The Reef has kitchens; Harborside is villas across the marina, with a utility fee in place of the resort fee.
