Bellagio bar guide: Petrossian, the Baccarat Bar, The Vault and The Pinky Ring, with hours and dress codes

The Bellagio bar to start with is Petrossian, the piano lounge beside the hotel lobby, open from 10am to 1am for guests of 21 and over. The resort lists 4 more, and 2 of them, the Baccarat Bar and Club Privé, never close.

Petrossian is the first thing on your left as you walk from the hotel lobby towards the casino, and it keeps the most civilised hours in the building: 10am to 1am, every day. A pianist plays, and the resort names 7 of them. The dress code is upscale casual. From Friday to Sunday, between 1pm and 4pm, the bar serves afternoon tea with scones, tea sandwiches and French pastries; when we looked, the reservation page offered tea tables from 1pm to 3.30pm on those days, each one held with a credit card.

The menu is built round caviar. 3 kinds, Imperial Ossetra, Royal Daurenki and Baika Classic, come by the 30, 50 or 125 grams with blinis, crème fraîche, sieved egg and red onion, or all together as a trio with 2 glasses of Veuve Clicquot or a flight of vodkas. Smaller bites put caviar on a taco with hamachi and gold leaf, on a potato cake, on a deviled egg. The Bellagio Martini is Grey Goose, dry vermouth, lemon essence and what the list calls an Ossetra caviar cigar; there are 7 other house cocktails, 3 vodka flights, 3 alcohol-free drinks made with fruit juices, and wine by the 6oz or 9oz glass.

2 bars never close. The Baccarat Bar is on the left of the centre path through the casino, with a view of the tables and of high-stakes play; the bar pours round the clock, its lounge seats from 11am to 1am, the dress is casual, and the page promises martinis and a long list of cigars. Club Privé, past the Baccarat Bar on the same path and then to the left, is a gaming room with a whiskey collection and cigars of its own, upscale casual.

The Vault is the bar Bellagio describes least: hidden inside the resort, its page says, with limited seating and no directions. It has been recognised by The World’s 50 Best Discovery. Through the year it runs Liquid Legends, 2-night collaborations with guests from the cocktail world, each with a limited menu; Lynnette Marrero, co-founder of the Speed Rack competition, is due on 4 and 5 December. A guest in August 2026 wrote of Bellagio’s lounges that one of them is «secret».

The Pinky Ring by Bruno Mars is the late room: take the centre path through the casino, turn right towards the cage, then left. A DJ plays from 9pm to closing and bands take the stage every night, the Hooligans among them. The house rules are strict: fashionable dress, no photographs or video, and no food. Tables are reserved on a separate booking site, where tax and a 10% table fee are added, the deposit is not refunded, and a table is released if nobody has checked in by 10pm.

What guests say depends on the room. One, in September 2026, called a cocktail at Petrossian beside the grand piano a must before the evening performance of «O», and found the drinks well balanced. Another that month praised a bartender at the Baccarat Bar by name for treating a rude customer with the same respect as everyone else. A guest writing in German in August 2026 could barely hear the piano bar over the noise of the casino next to it. An August visitor comes back to Petrossian for what they call its ice-block caviar drink.

Bellagio bar: your questions

How many bars does Bellagio have?

Bellagio’s nightlife page listed 5 bars and lounges on 11 October 2026: Petrossian, the Baccarat Bar, Club Privé, The Vault and The Pinky Ring. The same list carries the Mayfair Supper Club, a restaurant with a show, and the BetMGM Sportsbook; the list names no bar inside a restaurant or by the pools.

Is there a dress code at the Bellagio bars?

It depends on the door. The Pinky Ring refuses baseball caps, athletic wear, shorts and sandals. Petrossian and Club Privé ask for upscale casual; the Baccarat Bar is casual.

Do I need a reservation?

Tea at Petrossian is sold by reservation online, each table held with a credit card, and The Pinky Ring reserves its tables on a site of its own. Neither page says whether you may walk in without one. The Baccarat Bar and Club Privé pages mention no reservations, and The Vault’s offers no way to make one.

How much is a drink at a Bellagio bar?

Bellagio prints no prices on the Petrossian menu it publishes, and none of the bar pages read gives one. The only figure we hold is one guest’s: about $28 for a piña colada served in a plastic cup, in a review of August 2026 that does not say at which of the resort’s bars. Read it as a sign of what a drink can cost at Bellagio, not as Petrossian’s price.

Can under-21s go to Petrossian?

No. Its page says the venue is exclusively for guests aged 21 and over, tea included, and the reservation page repeats it.

Which Bellagio bar has live music?

2. Petrossian has a pianist; The Pinky Ring has a DJ and a live band every night of the week.

Where is The Vault at Bellagio?

Its page gives no directions and calls the bar hidden within the resort. Ask a member of staff on the casino floor, after 5pm.

Reserve tea or a table online; for The Vault, arrive at 5pm
