The choice, in short
When to look elsewhere
Evening tables carry minimum spends the hotel does not print; a diner in August 2025 was quoted €200 a person for a floating bed.
Other Mykonos tablesSharing plates at the pool’s edge, then the music
Meraki is the hotel’s own restaurant. Zuma, beside it, keeps its own menu, its own pool and its own season.
The hotel calls Meraki its signature restaurant: Greek-Mediterranean cooking in dishes made for sharing, served by the infinity pool. The page’s own words for the evening are a «spectacle of taste, cocktails, music, and atmosphere». The dinner menu linked from it is a PDF created on 12 May 2026; it prints its prices as bare figures, with no currency sign and the note «Prices includes of all legal taxes»; we give them in euros.
To start there is sourdough bread with marinated olives at €15, taramosalata with bottarga at €24, avocado and feta at €26, tyropita sticks with thyme honey and fresh truffle at €30 and prawns in kataifi pastry at €32. The hot mezze run from fried squid at €26 and spinach pie at €28 to octopus with Santorini fava and giouvarlakia, dumplings of minced wagyu in an egg-lemon sauce, at €40 each. A wagyu «gyros» in olive-oil pita is €39, and Aegean prawns from the wood fire €42.
Raw fish has a section of its own: yellowtail carpaccio and sea bass with sea urchin at €34 each, seabream sashimi at €36, tuna tartare at €38 and a ceviche of Koilada shrimp at €48. The Mykonian salad, with heirloom tomato, sea fennel and barrel-aged feta, is €38, and a king crab salad €58.
Mains divide into sea and land. A butterflied sea bream is €62 and one baked in a salt crust €75; Chilean sea bass on spinach rice is €55; a boneless stuffed sea bass for 2 is €130, and spiny lobster €110 the half or €220 whole. From the land, baby chicken is €48, lamb chops €55, beef fillet €80, a 400 g USA prime rib-eye €120 and A5 wagyu striploin €140; the lamb shoulder from Naxos, cooked for 12 hours and served for 2, is €140. Paccheri with sea urchin and red mullet is €65, spaghetti with clams €60, and a lobster giouvetsi with orzo €120 the half or €240 whole. Sides cost €18 to €30.
What surrounds the tables changes with the hour. By day the Pool & Lounge serves cocktails and light bites from 11am to 7pm, with DJ sets. From 7pm to 1.30am, in the hotel’s FAQ, the pool area is an evening venue reserved by area: the Chef’s Table, the Floating Beds, the Lounge, the Bar and the main Restaurant, and, in the FAQ’s words, «Different minimum spending applies depending on the selected area, and all options include food and drinks». The hotel prints no figures. A visitor who dined on a floating bed in August 2025 was quoted €200 a person, found the dishes and bottles priced in line with other restaurants on the coast, and wrote that the hotel’s car park costs €15 for the whole evening.
Zuma is the second table. The hotel’s FAQ says it is «situated within Cavo Tagoo» and its home page says «just beyond Cavo Tagoo»; by the FAQ, hotel guests walk to it through a private corridor from the lobby, past the queue at the main entrance, and may request a table «up to 24 hours in advance». On Zuma’s own menu, read on 11 October 2026, black cod in hoba leaf is €62, spicy beef tenderloin €59, a whole roasted lobster €124 and 6 pieces of nigiri €57. Zuma’s page announced a season finale for «Saturday 3rd October», without a year (3 October fell on a Saturday in 2026), and on 11 October 2026 said the restaurant was closed and would return in summer 2027.
Guests who ate at Meraki in 2026 write about the sunset and the staff. One, in August, recommends booking in advance in the peak summer months; a hotel guest in September picked out the seafood orzo, the Greek salad and a Cavo Spritz. The complaints are about the bill and the door. A diner in September 2025 enjoyed the meal and baulked at €25 for a gin and tonic; a hotel guest in July 2026 felt that walk-in visitors were given priority over residents; and a guest writing in Russian in September 2026 was asked for a minimum spend of €200 a head to eat there after checking out.
7 things to settle before you book a table
- Choose the area before the dish
A reservation is for the main Restaurant, the Chef’s Table, a Floating Bed, the Lounge or the Bar, and each has its own minimum spend. Ask for the figure, and whether it is per person, in writing.
- Write to Meraki directly
reservations.meraki@cavotagoo.com or +30 22890 20200. A diner in August 2026 advises booking in advance in the peak months.
- Arrive for the sunset
The pool area becomes the evening venue at 7pm and runs until 1.30am.
- Expect it to grow louder
On an evening in August 2025 a visitor heard live singers until about 11pm and a DJ set afterwards. The same visitor warns that a strong wind makes the terrace cold.
- Budget the parking
That visitor gives €15 as the price of the hotel’s car park for the whole evening. For hotel guests the FAQ lists complimentary private parking and a valet.
- Ask the hotel a day ahead
Residents can request a Zuma table up to 24 hours in advance and enter by the corridor from the lobby. Visitors arriving by car find valet parking only.
- Check the dates
The hotel’s booking engine, read on 8 October 2026, gives its operating period as 15 May to 14 October; that 8 October was the last night it sold in 2026. The pages read give no separate dates for Meraki. Zuma’s page announced its finale for «Saturday 3rd October».

Cavo Tagoo restaurant: your questions
What is the restaurant at Cavo Tagoo called?

Is there a minimum spend at Cavo Tagoo?
In the evening, yes: the hotel’s FAQ says a different minimum applies to each area and gives no amounts. Guests have reported them: €200 a person for a floating bed in August 2025, and in June 2025 a family who came for a drink were offered places at €200, €150 and €50 a person.
Can I eat at Meraki without staying at the hotel?

The hotel’s pages state no rule for people who are not staying; Meraki’s page takes reservations by e-mail and telephone. A table in the evening comes with the minimum spend of its area.
