Serẽa, led by chef JoJo Ruiz, is the seafood choice: wood-grilled octopus, halibut ceviche and spicy lobster rigatoni sit alongside a raw bar. Whole fish is priced by the pound at market price; order it grilled and it is deboned at your table. Dinner runs 5–9pm Sunday–Thursday and 5–10pm Friday–Saturday. Weekend brunch is 9am–2pm.
Nobu serves its Japanese-Peruvian cooking in an indoor dining room, covered patio, pagoda bar and sushi bar. Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño are among its signatures. Reservations open 30 days ahead. Dinner starts at 4pm and ends at 9pm daily; lunch is Thursday–Sunday, noon–3pm.
Veranda serves Southern California-inspired American food outdoors, looking towards the ocean. The dishes shown include local ahi tuna Niçoise, a smash burger, ahi tuna tartare and a chilled soufflé. Dinner is daily, 5–9pm. Its breakfast buffet runs 7.30–11.30am weekdays and until 12.30pm at weekends.
For a less planned evening, Sun Deck takes walk-ins only, with food and drinks 11am–8pm, fire pits and sunset views. Babcock & Story has the restored original mahogany bar, a patio and small plates; live music runs Thursday–Saturday, 6–10pm.
For an early dinner, Nobu starts serving an hour before Serẽa and Veranda. That makes it a practical choice when you want a booked meal at 4pm rather than waiting until 5pm. On a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, lunch at Nobu is another option; on the other 3 days, its published lunch hours do not give you that alternative. Weekend visitors can instead compare Nobu’s noon start with Serẽa’s brunch, which begins at 9am. Choose the meal and time first, then look for a table at the appropriate restaurant.
If you want food with sunset views but cannot commit to a reservation, Sun Deck is the straightforward walk-in choice. Its 8pm closing is earlier than the restaurants’ dinner finish, so do not leave the meal until the end of the evening. For music later on Thursday through Saturday, Babcock & Story publishes a 6–10pm programme. Treat these as separate stops when planning the evening: Sun Deck supplies the open-air meal and fire pits, while Babcock & Story offers the mahogany bar and live music. Breezes, beside the Oval Pool, remains reserved for Beach Village guests.
