Jumeirah Beach Hotel prices: a night month by month, and the tax inside one figure

A calendar price is the lowest Google showed for that night; Google does not say for which room or with which meals. The seller list for the night of 12 October 2026 shows who stands behind such a figure. The lowest, AED 2,448, was klook’s, with Pilot at AED 2,475 and Amimir.com at AED 2,477. The link Google marks as the hotel’s own stood at AED 2,776, and so did Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Hotels.com and Trip.com.

On that night the figure had the taxes inside. The parameters of the hotel’s link give a total of AED 2,776.25, of which AED 526.25 is tax: a rate of AED 2,250 and 23.4% on top, by our arithmetic. Agoda’s link, at the same total, labels AED 225 of it a fee. No page of the hotel that we could open prints its charges or their rates, so we cannot say how those AED 526.25 are made up; the 2 amounts and their ratio are what the link gives, for one night.

Autumn and winter move in blocks. The calendar opened at AED 2,394 to AED 3,019 for 12 to 22 October 2026, then jumped: all 9 nights from 23 to 31 October stood between AED 4,910 and AED 5,062. The first week of November ran from AED 3,746 to AED 3,946, and from 8 November to 5 December the 28 nights settled between AED 2,601 and AED 2,852. From 6 to 24 December they ranged from AED 2,816 to AED 3,837. The first week of January 2027 was dear, AED 3,619 to AED 4,396, and then came the winter’s low: 20 nights from 10 to 29 January between AED 1,979 and AED 2,347.

Spring is the expensive season. From 5 February to 20 March the calendar ran between AED 2,530 and AED 3,876, and on 21 March it stepped up to AED 4,840 and stayed there or higher for 21 nights, to 10 April, touching AED 5,532 on 26 March and 10 April. The rest of April cost AED 3,205 to AED 3,940, 1 May AED 3,389, and the nights from 2 May to 5 June AED 2,164 to AED 2,715. Then the floor: AED 1,122 from Sunday to Thursday and AED 1,184 on Fridays and Saturdays, for the 54 nights from 6 June to 29 July. The lower figure, AED 1,122, stood on 40 of them. From 30 July to 28 August the pair became AED 1,429 and AED 1,490. The counts are ours, on the calendar read on 11 October 2026.

The highest figure of the year sits beside a gap. Google showed AED 7,150 for 30 January 2027 and again for 3 and 4 February, and no price for the 3 nights between them; the night before, 29 January, was the cheapest of the whole winter at AED 1,979. It gives no reason. The other gaps are the 9 nights from 25 December 2026 to 2 January 2027 and everything after 6 September 2027.

We had read 8 of these nights 6 days earlier, on 5 October, and they had barely moved. The night of 10 November went from AED 2,783 to AED 2,816, 24 November from AED 2,675 to AED 2,709, 4 December from AED 2,513 to AED 2,601 and 29 January from AED 1,972 to AED 1,979; 26 March, 6 June and 29 August stood where they were, at AED 5,532, AED 1,122 and AED 1,184. On 5 October the sellers for 10 November told the story of 12 October over again: the hotel’s site, Agoda and Expedia at AED 3,205, klook at AED 2,783.

In the reviews, money comes up at check-in and at the table. A guest of December 2025 had paid in full and still saw AED 4,000 held as a guarantee on arrival, to be returned some days after leaving; another, in January 2026, waited 3 weeks for the hold to be released. A guest of March 2026 found a bottle of water priced at 48 dirhams at the buffet, and one of July 2026 thought 45 for an Americano said it all. On the stay itself they divide: «especially when it comes to value for money», wrote a guest of August 2026 of what made it one of the best hotels of the trip, while a Dutch guest of February 2026 paid €3,500 for 2 nights and called the room fine, small and very overpriced.

The calendar moves by blocks of weeks, each with a narrow range, and the steps between them are abrupt: AED 2,592 for 20 March 2027 and AED 4,840 for the 21st; AED 5,532 for 10 April and AED 3,205 for the 11th.

The summer block is less than a quarter of the spring one.
