Breakfast, French or Chinese
Served until 10.30am. Either breakfast is €70 with the buffet; the Chinese one brings soy milk with youtiao, congee and dim sum.

Menus and pricesShang Palace is shut on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, its set menus are served to the whole table, and La Bauhinia is temporarily closed.
Other palace tablesHours and prices are from the hotel’s dining pages and the menus linked on them, read on 11 October 2026.
Shang Palace opened in 2011 as the first of the group’s Shang Palace restaurants in Europe, on the level the hotel calls F3. Its executive chef, Tony Xu, comes from Chengdu and has cooked for more than 20 years; the hotel credits him with dishes such as sweet-and-sour foie gras and aubergine stuffed with turbot and prawns, and with vegetables from Kaiping Farm in Normandy. A tea cart serves the Gong Fu Cha ceremony with aged Pu-erh. Beside the main room there are 2 private ones, Tang for up to 12 and Qing Ming for 24.
The à la carte menu is priced like a palace. Dim sum come by 4 pieces at €36, soups are €26, and the roasts run from crispy pork belly and honey-barbecued pork at €46 to Cantonese roast duck at €68. The whole Peking duck in 2 services, crisp skin with pancakes and then the minced breast in lettuce, is €178. A live blue lobster is €138, and the Imperial Poultry, a Bresse chicken slow-roasted in its «lucky bag», is €198 and must be ordered 24 hours ahead. Dan Dan noodles, at €26, and steamed jasmine rice, at €12, are the modest lines.
The set menus keep the bill in view, and each is served to the whole table. At lunch the Menu Découverte and the Menu Dim Sum are €88 a person: the first passes through steamed dumplings, roast duck and barbecued pork to Shang Palace fried rice, the second through lobster and prawn Ha Kao, morel siu mai, chicken xiao long bao and a pan-fried Wagyu bao to Dan Dan noodles. The Emerald Menu, at €178, builds to blue lobster Gong Bao with macadamia nuts and the Peking duck. Pairings are sold in wine, in tea or in both: €48 to €68 at lunch, €68 to €98 with the Emerald.
Maison Roland is named for Roland Bonaparte, whose house this was, and the hotel describes a garden-set bistro with white tablecloths, Gien porcelain and silver. The menu fits on one page: eggs mimosa with salmon roe at €19, a country terrine with pistachio and foie gras at €21, oysters at €32 for 9; then beef tartare at €32, a spatchcocked cockerel at €42, grilled sea bass at €45, and lobster 3 ways, Thermidor, cold with mayonnaise or grilled with lemon, at €69 each. The floating island that carries the bistro’s name is €18, and a pavlova of red fruit to share €28.
On Sundays, from noon to 4pm, Maison Roland serves one menu at €138 a person, with a glass of Champagne and an amuse-bouche: starters for the table, among them a pâté en croûte and mustard mackerel with warm potatoes, then a main course, a side and a dessert of your choice. A seafood platter adds €70 and the rib of beef for two €50. Les Salons du Prince, on the lobby level, is the all-day room for a club sandwich at €32 to €42, a lobster roll at €48 or pastries at €22 each.
In the reviews we hold, the Chinese kitchen draws the strongest words. A guest wrote in September 2026 of «the best Asian in Europe», without naming the room; another, in June 2026, that the chef came out to ask whether the table had enjoyed dinner; one in October 2025 called it their favourite Chinese restaurant in Paris. Of Maison Roland, a guest who came with company for cocktails and dinner without staying wrote in August 2026 of generous portions and a waitress who told the story of the house. One guest gave 1 star in September 2026: a brunch reserved in June was cancelled 4 days ahead because the old formula had ended.
Served until 10.30am. Either breakfast is €70 with the buffet; the Chinese one brings soy milk with youtiao, congee and dim sum.
Both list noon to 10pm, every day. Maison Roland’s menu prints «all-day dining from 12pm to 10pm», so a late lunch at 3pm is possible there.
From Thursday to Monday only. The 2 lunch menus at €88 are served to everyone at the table.
From 6 to 31 October 2026 the afternoon tea is a Pink October edition, on Saturdays and Sundays, at €85 a person, with part of the proceeds going to La Ligue contre le cancer. The pages read do not give the price of the tea served after that.
Cocktails until 1am, with last orders at 12.15am, in a room Pierre-Yves Rochon designed after Napoleonic tents.
Until 10pm, from Thursday to Monday. Order the Imperial Poultry a day ahead if you want it.

The dining page lists 5 places, by our count: Shang Palace, Maison Roland, Les Salons du Prince, The Art of Breakfast and Le Bar Botaniste. La Bauhinia still has a page, marked temporarily closed.

The Michelin Guide’s own page, read on 12 October 2026, lists Shang Palace as a restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide France, Chinese cooking in its highest price band, and shows no star. The hotel’s page speaks of «numerous accolades and awards since 2012» and of the chef’s recognition in the Michelin Guide, and prints no star either. A guest wrote in June 2026 that the food was «definitely a Michelin» star «perfection», and another in July 2026 of a deserved star without naming the restaurant: those are guests’ words.
Maison Roland serves a set Sunday lunch from noon to 4pm at €138 a person, a glass of Champagne and an amuse-bouche included. The menu is headed «Maison Roland’s Sundays» and does not use the word brunch; its file is named «202610…» and was created on 30 September 2026. The guest whose brunch was cancelled in September 2026 wrote of being told that a new brunch would be available in early October.
Smart casual at Shang Palace and at breakfast; casual chic at Maison Roland, Les Salons du Prince and Le Bar Botaniste.
Its page read «Temporarily Closed» on 11 October 2026, with no reopening date.
Yes. 2 of the guests we quote say so of themselves: one came in October 2025 only for Shang Palace, and the guest of August 2026 who dined at Maison Roland with company had not taken a room.
From 1 to 31 October 2026 the hotel runs «Taste of Shangri-La», a tasting menu in each of 3 restaurants: €88 a person at Shang Palace, €78 at Maison Roland and €85 at Les Salons du Prince (offer page). The offer ends on 31 October; the regular menus and their prices above carry no end date.
