The Breakers brunch: Sunday at The Circle for $220, and Henry’s every day from 11am

The Sunday Brunch takes over The Circle, the room where the hotel serves its breakfast buffet every morning. The Circle’s own page describes ceilings 30 feet high covered in frescoes, 8 oval murals of Renaissance landscapes, the Villa Medici near Florence and the Tivoli Gardens among them, and palm trees and ocean through the arched windows. The hotel says the brunch draws Palm Beach locals as well as travellers.

The buffet starts where a breakfast would: Belgian waffles, eggs Benedict, omelettes made to order and fresh fruit. It then moves to imported cheeses and pâtés, pastas, fresh fish, baby lamb chops and carved beef tenderloin. Then comes the raw bar, with sushi, a station of domestic caviar, Maine lobster, jumbo shrimp, oysters and, from October to May, stone crab. More than 30 desserts close the meal.

The price is $220 a person and $95 for children of 12 and under, «plus tax and service charge». The brunch page gives no rate for either. The Circle’s breakfast menu and Henry’s menus print «All menu prices are subject to 20% service charge and state sales tax»; if the same 20% is applied to the brunch, an adult comes to $264 by our arithmetic, and sales tax, for which no page read gives a rate, is still to be added. Holidays are priced apart: on Christmas Day 2026 the Holiday Brunch in The Circle, at the same hours, is $285 a person and $100 for children, with unlimited Champagne cocktails, Bloody Marys and the hotel’s own blended wine, and a harpist going from table to table.

Every other brunch at The Breakers is at Henry’s Palm Beach, the bistro the hotel runs at Via Flagler, 229 Royal Poinciana Way, with free transport from the resort. Its brunch menu is served daily from 11am to 3pm: lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes with maple-lacquered bacon at $27, an omelette of 3 eggs with goat’s cheese and avocado at $29, smoked salmon on a toasted bagel at $29, fried chicken on red velvet waffles at $37, a crab cake Benedict at $41 and filet mignon with eggs at $47. Brunch cocktails are $23 and a flight of 3 sparkling ones is $35, all before the 20% service charge and tax.

Guests’ accounts of the Sunday Brunch on Google go back years and agree on the abundance. In April 2026 one found «literally everything you could imagine to eat from eggs to steak to seafood»; in February 2026 another singled out «all you can eat caviar». Several mention the bill: a guest in June 2025 paid $195 and thought it worth it «if you have a healthy appetite», adding that it included unlimited champagne, mimosas and Bloody Marys, and a guest in August 2023 gave the same $195. The dissent is about the cooking: in January 2026 a reviewer called it «like eating at a wedding», and one in September 2023 complained of the same menu every Sunday.

2 practical notes come from guests and are theirs alone. A reviewer in December 2025 advised having the valet ticket validated at the hostess stand and booking weeks ahead in high season; another, in July 2025, saw people without a reservation turned away. The hotel’s page settles the second point: reservations are required.

At the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, the Seaway Sunday Brunch runs on Sundays from 11am to 4pm at Seaway, the seafood restaurant under sea grape trees at the edge of the beach; the hotel names smoked salmon eggs Benedict and a melon and lychee ceviche among the dishes.

White Elephant Palm Beach lists «Brunch/Lunch» from 11am to 2pm at Lola 41, under a line headed «White Elephant Palm Beach Hotel Guests», with no day of the week beside it; there the menu runs from sushi and grilled fish to a burger with foie gras sauce. The Brazilian Court has Daniel Boulud’s Café Boulud, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a dining room that opens onto a courtyard; the page read names no brunch, so it stands here as the hotel’s Sunday table and nothing more.
