The Seafood Bar has an exhibition kitchen, aquariums and ocean views. The all-day menu includes a $47 swordfish sandwich with Old Bay fries, $65 pecan-crusted grouper and $75 seafood linguine with clams, lobster, crab, scallop, shrimp and grouper. A Greek salad is $29. Add 20% service and state sales tax.
HMF, named for Henry Morrison Flagler, is more of a cocktail-and-sharing-plates evening. Order duck bao buns with blood-orange ponzu at $38, a $35 spicy dragon roll or $42 Korean Wagyu short ribs. Children accompanied by an adult may dine before 10pm; after that, the room is for guests aged 21 and over.
Echo serves Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Korean dishes at 230A Sunrise Avenue. The garden has lanterns; the Dragonfly Lounge has a serpentine bar. A dim sum sampler for 2 costs $52, with lobster wontons, Peking duck bao, pork potstickers and shrimp dumplings. The resort offers complimentary transport.
For a straightforward Seafood Bar lunch, the swordfish sandwich and Greek salad add up to $76. With the 20% service charge, those 2 dishes come to $91.20 before state sales tax and drinks. That is one example order, rather than a 2-person menu: use the dish prices to decide whether you want a sandwich, a main course or several plates for the table.
With children, the time matters as much as the food at HMF. The accompanied-child rule applies before 10pm; after 10pm the room is for guests aged 21 and over. For a family meal at HMF, arrive before 10pm, and keep Echo in mind if the Asian menu appeals more. Echo is at a separate Sunrise Avenue address, so ask about the complimentary resort transport when you arrange the dinner.
