Breakfast at Town
Town Restaurant serves its breakfast buffet every day from 6.30am to 10.30am, at S$45 per adult and S$22.50 per child of 6 to 11 before charges. A press review of May 2026 called it excellent and counted 9 Indian dishes.
The Fullerton Hotel restaurants are 3, by the hotel’s own count on 12 October 2026: Town Restaurant on the river, The Courtyard in the atrium and Jade, the Chinese dining room of 120 seats. Buffets run from S$45 at breakfast to S$188 at Sunday brunch, before a 10% service charge and 9% GST; the rooftop Lighthouse now takes events only, and the Post Bar is marked closed.

You want a riverside buffet, a weekend yum cha or an afternoon tea with a harp inside a national monument, with free parking once the bill reaches S$100.
The pricesYou want a rooftop or a late bar: The Lighthouse takes events only and Tripadvisor marks the Post Bar closed. The Times places a rooftop bar at the sister hotel, 7 minutes away on foot.
Which to chooseThe dining rooms are the public halls of the General Post Office of 1928, and their columns are the building’s own.
The Fullerton Building, at the mouth of the Singapore River, is best remembered as the General Post Office (National Heritage Board). The Courtyard sits in its atrium, «the heart of the historic Fullerton Building» in the hotel’s words, and Jade keeps the original Doric columns round its 120 seats, with 2 private rooms and 2 partitioned areas.
The roof has changed use. The Lighthouse stands where a beacon once guided ships into port; a guest of November 2024 still wrote of it as a restaurant and rooftop bar, and the dining page now says it «operates exclusively as an event venue». The MICHELIN Guide still describes the Post Bar as the hotel’s bar, and Tripadvisor marks it closed.
That is why the counts on the web disagree: 1 restaurant in Booking.com’s own FAQ, 2 on Expedia, 4 in The Times of April 2024, and 3 in the hotel’s FAQ.
On 12 October 2026 we read each restaurant’s page, 5 offer pages, the Sunday brunch menu, the hotel’s FAQ and the 2,000 most recent Google reviews, 1,231 of them with text. Google’s results in Singapore for this search share no address with those for the hotel’s name. 211 guests write of a meal or a restaurant, and they average 4.61 stars.
