The Standard, High Line: The Standard Grill NYC, raw bar to burger

The Standard Grill in NYC has sat inside The Standard, High Line, in the Meatpacking District since 2009, mixing New American cooking with steakhouse classics. People come for the raw bar and the Standard Burger, in a main dining room with a copper penny tile floor, curved booths and a barrel-vaulted ceiling.

The Standard Grill’s street-side room, empty: the wooden bar with white stools, the chequered tile floor and the windows.
