Fontainebleau Miami Beach prices: a night month by month, the $59 resort fee and the tax

The figures here come from Google Hotels’ calendar for one night and 2 adults, read on 11 October 2026: 329 nights with a price between 12 October 2026 and 6 September 2027. Each is the lowest price Google showed for that night, from whichever seller had it. Google does not name the room or say whether resort fee and tax are inside, so the figure is for comparing dates, and the amount to pay is the one on the seller’s last screen. Half of the 329 nights stood at $433 or less. Month by month, the median night was $288 in what was left of October, about $329 in November, $494 in December, $437 in January, $611 in February, $509 in March, $515 in April, $416 in May, about $386 in June, $350 in July and $300 in August. Sunday 18 October 2026 had no price in the calendar, and nor did any night from 7 September 2027.

The cheap nights sit at both ends of the reading. Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 October 2026 showed $237 and $243, the 4 nights from Sunday 22 to Wednesday 25 November showed $250 to $257, and in August 2027 the figure stayed under $305 on 19 nights of 31. In all, 40 of the 329 nights stood at $300 or less. The dear nights are few and steep: 8 went past $1,000. Saturday 5 December 2026, at $1,736, falls inside Art Basel Miami Beach, which its organiser dates 4–6 December. Thursday 31 December showed $1,585 and New Year’s Day $1,338. The rest were Monday 19 October at $1,696, Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 November at $1,716 and $1,596, and Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 April 2027 at $1,479 and $1,286. No page we read names an event on those October, November and April nights. No day of the week was reliably cheap: the median ran from $404 on a Thursday to $480 on a Tuesday.

For Monday 12 October 2026 the reading also listed the sellers, 39 of them. The calendar’s $237 was Super.com’s price. Expedia and Hotels.com showed $306 for a Deluxe room with a king bed and a bay view; Booking.com, Priceline and the link Google marks as the hotel’s own showed $368. The addresses of the sellers’ links, as Google carried them on 11 October, hold what the card leaves out; we did not open the sellers’ pages. The link marked as the hotel’s, which runs through a tracking address, carried a total of $418.67 and $109.67 under «tax»: if that amount holds the $59 resort fee, it is a $309 room, the fee and $50.67 of tax. Booking.com’s carried $419.52, which is $368 plus 14%. Super.com’s carried a $177.60 room, a $59 surcharge with $8.26 of tax on it, and $269.72 with everything in. By that arithmetic each of these figures was room plus resort fee on that night, with tax of about 14% still to add, and the sellers’ links for 9 October in our reading of 8 October gave the same: Booking.com’s $458 was a $399 room plus the fee, and its total $522.09.

What the bill adds after that is on the hotel’s FAQ. Valet is the only parking it prices: $58 to $73 a night plus tax for hotel guests, with re-entry, and the FAQ warns that prices may be higher during special events. A roll-away bed is $60 a day plus tax, a mini-fridge $40 a day and a microwave $40 a day plus tax; cribs are free. At check-in the card is authorised for $200 a day against incidental charges, released at check-out and back on the account 5 to 7 business days later. So the $368 night of 12 October came to $418.67 with tax on the link marked as the hotel’s, and to about $477 with the lowest valet rate, before the tax on the valet.

Between the reading of 8 October and that of 11 October the peaks rose. Saturday 5 December went from $1,459 to $1,736, Monday 19 October from $1,630 to $1,696, Tuesday 10 November from $1,502 to $1,596 and New Year’s Eve from $1,488 to $1,585. The cheap nights moved the other way: Wednesday 25 November fell from $302 to $250 and Tuesday 15 December from $327 to $306.

The Google reviews return to the same lines of the bill. One guest wrote in April 2026 of a room at $981 a night, another that month of $500 or more a night. On parking, reviewers gave $58 in May 2026, $75 a day in April 2026 (2 of them), $80 in May and in September 2026 and $100 a night in August 2026; one was told $75 a night in April 2026 and charged $107, on the grounds of the car’s make and model. A guest of May 2026 was quoted $30 a day for a fridge and as much again for a microwave; one of August 2026, $40 for the fridge. 2 guests, in April and August 2026, wrote of a 20% service charge on everything they ordered.

From February to April 2027 no night fell under $400, and February’s median was the highest of any month; its lowest night was $413, on Sunday 21 February. August 2027 is the opposite, with a ceiling of $440 on Friday 20 August and 16 nights at $300 or less. December 2026 holds both ends in one month: $302 on Wednesday 16 December and $1,736 on Saturday 5 December, with the nights from Christmas Day to 30 December between $600 and $796.

October 2026 looks cheapest by median, but the reading holds only 19 of its nights, from the 12th, and one of them, Monday 19 October, stood at $1,696.
