In winter, Guarda Golf lines up its timber balconies above the snow-covered golf course.
A week here, month by monthI come to Guarda Golf because the room rate already covers breakfast, the alcohol-free minibar, taxes and service, as well as the spa and the library. The slopes are not on the doorstep, though: the hotel’s free transfers get you there in a few minutes.

Ski passes are prepared at reception and charged to the room; instructors chosen by the hotel for every level meet guests here, and boots warm up in the ski room.
Every day of the winter season there is the GG After-Ski: mulled wine, snacks and music by the fire, the hotel’s way of ending a day on the slopes.
For an extended family or a group, a private floor can be put together from 4 to 8 rooms, with or without a living room and even a kitchen, up to 450 m².

In the guide because it has a 15-seat private cinema named after Sir Roger Moore, a friend and loyal guest of the house, with a selection of films each day.
Distinctions
What do Guarda Golf’s guests say? They write it in their reviews, even those who only came for a drink or dinner: we read every one and tell the 5 things that matter, from the location to the bill.
Every guest who mentions it is happy with it. One guest finds the location excellent, with plenty of activities on offer. Another describes the golf course and Alps seen from the restaurant terrace.
Nearly every guest who mentions it is happy with it. One guest finds the rooms luxurious, with lighting, curtains and furniture worked out to the detail.

73 guests said so on Google, from 7 January 2021 to 19 September 2026. The other hotels are assessed on the same 5 themes. The score is the average of what they say, from 0 if they speak of it very badly to 10 if they speak of it very well. Where only a few mention something, the score stays close to the guide’s average: a handful of voices does not make a reputation.
The hotels we weigh it against in Crans-Montana:
Price: for 2, the night of 28 February 2027, from 671 CHF on Google Hotels on 23 October 2026.
