Next up is The James Nautilus Miami Beach, which opens in late 2026. The pool with striped loungers belongs to the James Nautilus plans. Between South Beach and Collins Avenue, new names arrive through the transformation of existing hotels too.

What changes inside the hotels

The Waldorf Astoria plans introduce Peacock Alley, new dining and a reimagined spa. If you know the 2201 Collins Avenue address already, check the new hotel’s services before returning.3
