Kungsholmen, the centre and Marievik

Ruby Frida’s design draws on Stockholm’s musical heritage and the sixties. At Marievik, the plans also include a rooftop restaurant.² ⁴

near Fridhemsplan · open since June 2026.² In Kungsholmen, near Fridhemsplan, Ruby opens its first Swedish hotel with 187 rooms.²

central Stockholm · open since 14 April 2026.³ The refurbished 19th-century building returns with 144 rooms in 7 categories.¹

2027

On Drottninggatan, 135 underground rooms are planned, all without windows.⁵

Summer 2029

An urban resort with 191 rooms and a rooftop spa is planned at Marievik.⁴
