New hotels in Toronto 2025–2028

Toronto’s Glenhill has opened at Bathurst and Glencairn, in a residential neighbourhood. The Tribute project will turn historic Yonge Street offices into a hotel. Next up is 69 Yonge Street, Tribute Portfolio, which opens in 2028.

A landmark and a neighbourhood

Construction at 69 Yonge Street is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027. The 15-storey building was designed by Darling & Pearson.2

Glenhill offers kosher catering and Sabbath-friendly features. For a family celebration, discuss these alongside the menu.1

The AC on Queen Street East plans a restaurant, spa and gym. When reservations open, I’d ask which facilities will be ready for your arrival.4
