Mandarin Oriental The Landmark has reopened, with a new way in
The Landmark Mandarin Oriental reopened on 1 June 2026 with refreshed rooms and a Queen’s Road Central entrance. I would choose the room by its bath: the signature round tub behind glass remains a feature of L600 rooms and above.

What changes
The entrance now sits on Queen’s Road Central, beside LANDMARK. A curved stone staircase takes you from the foyer to the lounge, through terracotta tones, deep greens and commissioned art. The change begins at the pavement, rather than at your bedroom door.1
L450 rooms start at 42 m². The rooms and suites have been refreshed, but the large round bathtub in a glass-walled bathroom belongs to L600 rooms and higher categories. Have the full room name written into your quote if that bath is part of the attraction.1
Dinner deserves planning alongside the room. Amber has added The Cellar Immersion, a food and wine experience in its cellar, while BLANC DE NOIRS is the new champagne bar. If either is the reason for your visit, ask for a table before committing to the stay.1
Wellness was scheduled for July; completion of the transformation has moved to winter. Hotel guests have access to the pool and fitness facilities from 6 August. For thermal facilities and your chosen treatments, ask what will operate during your dates.14

Before you go
Is this the Mandarin Oriental on the harbour?
No. The Landmark is the hotel within the LANDMARK complex in Central. Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong on Victoria Harbour is the group’s other address.12
Does every room have the round bath?
The large round tub in a glass-walled bathroom is specified for L600 rooms and above. Ask for the exact category.1
We wrote this on our own: Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong reads it as you do. We sell no rooms: the links go where we read it.
