What changes
The programme covers the lobbies and arrival areas. The hotel remains operational throughout, with its key amenities available. Before moving a booking because of the word renovation, I would ask how the route changes for the tower where my room will be.1
During the first phase, Tower 1’s driveway becomes the only hotel pick-up and drop-off point in operation. The resort also suggests the Expo and Convention or casino driveways to ease congestion. With luggage or children, ask which route is most practical for your particular stay.1
Tower 3 guests and visitors to CÉ LA VI or the SkyPark Observation Deck can reach the guest lifts through alternative routes, including a temporary carpeted walkway. If mobility matters, ask a specific question: will the route for my booking be step-free, and will luggage assistance be available?1

|---|---|
| Ask before booking · 2 | Ask about working hours, possible noise near the room and the facilities that matter to your stay. |
