Down the StripFrom Scarpetta to Secret Pizza
The Cosmopolitan opened on 15 December 2010 and put its restaurants together, floor by floor, where other Strip resorts spread them out.
At $3.9 billion it was the most expensive resort built on the Strip until then, and it opened with Scott Conant’s Scarpetta, David Myers’s Comme Ça, STK and Blue Ribbon, the Bromberg brothers’ first restaurant outside New York, alongside the Wicked Spoon buffet (Wikipedia).
Its best-known meal had no name: a pizza counter reached through an unmarked doorway, known to everyone as Secret Pizza. Milk Bar arrived in 2016, its 10th shop and the only one to serve milkshakes with alcohol, and Eggslut the same year; Block 16 opened in the Boulevard Tower in 2018 with 6 counters, Hattie B’s among them (Wikipedia).
Blackstone agreed in 2021 to sell the resort’s operations to MGM Resorts, which runs it today, and its restaurant pages now sit on MGM Resorts’ site, earning MGM Rewards points like Bellagio’s (Wikipedia).
When the MICHELIN Guide came back to Las Vegas on 31 August 2026, é took one star and China Poblano a Bib Gourmand, the only one on the Strip (MICHELIN). Momofuku’s page lists 2 stars too, but they belong to Momofuku Ko, a sibling restaurant elsewhere (Momofuku).
A day of eating at The Cosmopolitan, from 5am to the small hours

The only buffet, until 1.30pm
Wicked Spoon serves from 8.30am to 1.30pm every day; children of 5 and under eat free, those of 6 to 10 at half price, and bottomless mimosas add $30 for 90 minutes (Wicked Spoon). Block 16’s weekend breakfast starts at 8am; Lardo’s and Hattie B’s pages add Fridays (Block 16).
Tapas and Social Hour
Jaleo, Scarpetta, Superfrico, Zuma and Beauty & Essex open at 5. From Sunday to Thursday Beauty & Essex sells 10 dishes and drinks at $10 each until 7pm (Beauty & Essex), and Jaleo pours its Sangria Hour; on Mondays it adds flamenco (Jaleo).
Late food
The Henry reopens at 10pm and serves through the night until 2pm (The Henry). Milk Bar stays open until 1am from Thursday to Sunday, Naughty Patty’s until 1am from Friday to Sunday (Milk Bar, Naughty Patty’s), and Secret Pizza keeps its own hours.
The Cosmopolitan and the starred tables either side
The Cosmopolitan stands at 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South, and most of its restaurants sit together on the second and third floors of the Boulevard Tower. The other Las Vegas tables with 2026 MICHELIN stars are at Caesars Palace and MGM Grand.

The Fountain View terraces look over Bellagio’s lake, a lift ride from the third-floor tables.
The Terrace Studio Fountain View has 67.8 m² and a king bed; the Terrace Suite, 99.4 m², adds a second bathroom and the same view of the fountains. Google Hotels, read on 1 October 2026 for 2 adults, priced Monday 5 October at $136 and Saturday 17 October at $536, before the $55 nightly resort fee and tax (terms, Google Hotels).

Restaurant Guy Savoy, at Caesars Palace, opens 5 nights a week and prices its à la carte dishes from $100 to $170. Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand holds the only 2 stars in the Southwest. For a buffet at dinner, when Wicked Spoon has closed, the Bacchanal at Caesars Palace serves until 9pm on weekdays and 10pm from Friday to Sunday.
