Sahra’s current menu makes the methods and their time commitments clear.
The hammam is arranged around a heated motherstone, with dual soaking tubs, steam rooms and stone loungers. It is the place to choose when water, heat and exfoliation are central to the visit. The Hammam Soap Ritual uses a Turkish kese mitt, a foam cleanse and tangerine-fig body butter. It is 50 minutes, published at $230 Monday–Thursday or $250 Friday–Sunday on the menu read on 16 October 2026, before the 20% gratuity. That is the shortest of the named hammam appointments on the list.
Red Flower Hammam Experience extends the appointment to 80 minutes, at $360 Monday–Thursday or $380 Friday–Sunday before gratuity. The sequence includes water poured over the body on the warm stone, a coffee-lemon-blossom and olive-stone scrub, then jasmine-rose rhassoul clay with cardamom-amber oil. The longer Moroccan Journey is 130 minutes at $580 or $600 across the same day groups, with a kese exfoliation, CBD coffee and salt scrub, mud, honey, steam, soaking and massage in its description. Choose by the ingredients and the time you want in the ritual.
For a conventional massage appointment, Custom is the most straightforward starting point. The therapist adapts the work from a soothing touch to deep tissue. Its 50-minute price is $190 Monday–Thursday or $210 Friday–Sunday, with 80-minute and 100-minute options on the menu. Signature instead combines Thai, Swedish and Shiatsu techniques, beginning at $200 or $220 for 50 minutes. The distinction is useful when reserving: decide whether you want an adaptable pressure-led session or the menu’s mixed-method sequence.
Sahra Desert Aromatherapy uses essential oils along the feet and spine before personalised bodywork. Sahra Therapeutic Stone uses warmed smooth stones, while Mana Lomi draws on Hawaiian bodywork. Their individual appointments are 80 or 100 minutes; the 80-minute menu amount is $310 Monday–Thursday and $330 Friday–Sunday. These are different tools and methods at the same starting price, so describe your preferences when booking, including whether you enjoy heat and aromatic oils.
The bathing list offers another way to make time for water. Red Flower Detox Bathing Ritual combines a scrub with a Moroccan-mint-tea-silt soak, then oil and body butter. Milk & Honey Nourishing Bath has its own soak-based treatment, while CBD Tension Relief Bath combines coffee and salt preparation, lavender, a warmed mud back treatment and massage. The menu describes these separately from the hammam rituals. Choose the actual service name when reserving so the expected bath, exfoliation and hands-on time belong to the same appointment.
For a shared visit, the side-by-side suites have a treatment area with a steam shower and deep soaking tub. Their menu prices are per person. The Sahra Suite is a larger private option reserved from 4 hours to a full day, with living and entertaining space, a wet bar, private treatment area, 2 side-by-side whirlpool tubs, steam room and changing facilities. It is offered with private spa and butler-service arrangements. Use the group reservations email for a celebration whose private setting is as important as the treatments.
The general spa facilities add a vitality pool, monsoon rain showers, steam room, sauna and cool mist room. A service of $120 or more includes spa and fitness use; the current official webpage requires non-hotel guests to reserve a treatment for facility access. People staying at the hotel can instead buy the published facility pass, with Friday–Sunday availability limited. Decide whether you want an appointment or a facilities visit before paying, because those are different ways to book the afternoon.
Reserve the service and leave time around it
- Compare Monday–Thursday with Friday–Sunday
The menu uses these 2 price groups. A 50-minute Custom massage is $190 or $210 before gratuity, so the appointment date changes the amount.
- Reach Sahra in the Chelsea Tower
The current official page asks guests to arrive 30 minutes before treatment. The linked menu places Sahra on floor 14 of the Chelsea Tower.
- Put the phone in the locker
Robes and slippers are supplied; switch off electronic devices and leave them in the private locker. Tell the spa about allergies, pregnancy or health concerns when reserving.
- Read the hammam precautions
The hotel advises guests who are pregnant or have cardiovascular, respiratory or sensitive-skin conditions to refrain from the hammam rituals. It also advises avoiding alcohol before entry.
- Call at least 4 hours ahead
The hotel requires 4 hours’ notice to cancel or change a booking; a late cancellation or missed appointment incurs the full service amount.

Separate the room from the spa reservation

Staying at The Cosmopolitan gives access to the hotel-guest facility-pass route, with a $100 Monday–Thursday amount and $150 Friday–Sunday amount on the current spa page. A spa treatment is a separate appointment, and a qualifying service carries its own facilities access. The facility pass is a route for people staying at the hotel. An outside visitor reserves a treatment, with a service spend of $120 or more bringing spa and fitness use. A Custom massage puts the emphasis on adaptable bodywork, while the Soap Ritual adds kese exfoliation and warm-stone hammam surroundings. Red Flower extends the hammam sequence and ingredients.
