Saffron is the buffet restaurant in the West Tower, the largest in the resort by its own account: more than 220 dishes and 20 live cooking stations, breakfast every morning and dinner every night. On Saturdays it becomes the Saffron Brunch, which the page sums up as DJs, live performances and the full buffet, with dishes from around the world, the cooking stations and the desserts. The booking page is blunter and sells it as «Dubai’s wildest party brunch».
The booking page gives 3 prices for Saturdays «From 17 October»: the Alcoholic Package at AED 525, the Sparkling Package at AED 575 and the Champagne Package at AED 775. The text the calendar loads for Saturday 17 October 2026 adds one line to each: an «Alcoholic drinks package» at AED 525, the same «including sparkling wine» at AED 575 and «including Champagne» at AED 775. It stops there, with no brands, no word such as unlimited and nothing on service or tax, so ask for the list when you reserve. A Halloween Edition on 31 October, at the same hours, costs AED 695, AED 750 and AED 895. By our arithmetic that is AED 170, AED 175 and AED 120 more than an ordinary Saturday.
Reserving happens on SevenRooms, from the «Reserve» button under the brunch on Saffron’s page. Neither page prints a year beside «17 October»; the calendar’s data for Saturday 17 October 2026 holds the brunch, at 2 arrival times, 1pm and 1.15pm, each as «Brunch Indoor» or «Brunch Outdoor». A credit card confirms the table, and a cancellation later than 48 hours ahead, or a no-show, is charged AED 150 a person. Saffron’s dress code is casual. The age rule is the strict part: the booking page calls the brunch «strictly 21+» and the hotel’s FAQ repeats that ID is required on entry.
2 of the hotel’s pages disagree about the day. The FAQ speaks of «a range of brunches every Friday»: the party brunch at Saffron, a «Fiesta Friday» brunch at En Fuego and a family-friendly brunch at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar. The restaurants’ own pages, read the same day, say something else. Saffron’s brunch is on Saturday. En Fuego is shown as «currently closed», and both its «Fiesta Mexicana» party brunch and its Friday «Latino Live» night brunch are marked «Coming soon». Bread Street Kitchen lists a Sunday roast, a Wednesday Beef Wellington menu and a daytime gin-cocktail menu, with no brunch among them. Plan on the restaurants’ pages and the booking calendar.
A meal plan does not reach the brunch. The half-board terms say the key card that pays for half-board meals «cannot be used for beverages at all outlets, brunches or any other special occasion», and the FAQ puts the same exclusion on full board. A guest who has paid for dinners in advance still buys a brunch package at its full price.
Among the 2,000 Google reviews of the hotel dated from January 2026, collected on 4 October, we found the word brunch in one, by our count: a guest in June 2026 who called the Saffron brunch «a must do experience».
Choose among the 3 packages and between the indoor and outdoor tables the calendar offers. Everyone in the party has to be 21 or older. A card guarantees the booking: cancel at least 48 hours before, because after that AED 150 a person is charged.
The same room serves its breakfast buffet until 11am, at AED 180 an adult and AED 90 a child of 4 to 11. It is the Saffron meal a family can share.
Arrival times are 1pm and 1.15pm. Bring the identity document the door asks for; the hotel holds a restaurant reservation for 15 minutes past its time.
For the 1pm–4pm sitting Saffron’s page promises DJs, live performances and the full buffet, with its live cooking stations and desserts.
Wavehouse, elsewhere in the resort, runs its daily happy hour from 4pm to 7pm, with offers on selected cocktails and double credits on the arcade games.
Saffron reopens as the dinner buffet from 6pm to 10pm, every day of the week.

In the resort, Bread Street Kitchen serves Ramsay’s Sunday Roast on Sundays from noon to 5pm, from AED 170 a person, and welcomes all ages. Street Pizza, also open to all ages, sells an hour of bottomless pizza at AED 105, with free-flowing soft drinks for AED 35 more. For adults who want a daytime table without the DJs, Nobu on level 22 opens for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 12.30pm to 4pm, with a 2-course menu at AED 165 and a minimum spend of AED 300 for the front row of the terrace.
Next door at Atlantis The Royal, Gastronomy holds a Late Breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Address Beach Resort each serve a Sunday roast, the second with beach access in the price. None of the 3 is sold as a brunch. They are listed because each is a weekend midday table without the age limit of the Saffron Brunch in what we read; the Jumeirah offer prints no age rule at all.
