Atlantis The Palm spa: AWAKEN treatments and day visits

AWAKEN is on the lobby level in The Palm’s West Tower, open 9am–9pm. The spa has a sauna, aromatherapy steam room, vitality pool, cold plunge and the Plant-Powered Relaxation Lounge. Outside visitors can book appointments; book ahead and confirm which facilities your appointment includes.

The Wellness Daycation is AED650 per person, with a 60-minute massage or a 60-minute facial, access to the spa retreat and fitness centre, pool and beach access, and an Explorer’s Club session. If you already have a treatment booking, A Day of Wellness adds same-day pool and beach access from AED300 on weekdays or AED350 at weekends, subject to availability. The add-on is not a massage at that price.

The September 2026 menu lists an AWAKEN massage at AED750 weekdays / AED825 weekends for 60 minutes, or AED895 / AED995 for 90. The full-day AWAKEN Spa Day is AED1,760 / AED1,960, with a 60-minute massage, a 60-minute facial, lunch at The Edge, spa and fitness access, and pool or beach time. Choose between that 2-treatment day and the single-treatment Daycation before paying.

For a shared treatment, the 3-hour Spa Suite Journey is AED3,880 weekdays / AED4,280 weekends for a couple: bath, scrub, massage, facial and plant-based refreshments. Outside visitors prepay appointments. Arrive 30 minutes early; changes or cancellations need at least 4 hours’ notice, with the full charge for later cancellation or a no-show.

For a visitor who mainly wants one treatment followed by pool and beach time, the named Daycation is the first offer to ask about. Its lower published price should not lead you to assume that it contains every massage in the main treatment menu. Confirm which 60-minute massage or facial is offered, then compare that answer with the specific AWAKEN massage if you already have a treatment in mind. The separate pool-and-beach add-on makes sense to enquire about when you have chosen a treatment independently; it is not necessary to add it automatically to a Daycation that already lists that access.

For a longer visit, place the meal and treatment appointments before making other plans for the day. The full Spa Day lists both a 60-minute massage and a 60-minute facial, with lunch at The Edge, so it has a different rhythm from one treatment and an open afternoon. A couple considering the 3-hour suite should likewise request the couple price and the shared journey by name. 2 separate appointments do not necessarily reproduce its bath, scrub, massage and facial sequence. When booking from outside the hotel, settle those details before the required prepayment.
