A card holds the place
The pass is reserved online with a credit card, for a date, an arrival time and a number of people. Choose the lounger, the day bed or one of the 2 cabanas at that step.
An Atlantis The Palm day pass to the pools and the beach was AED 150 an adult, redeemable on food and drink, on the hotel’s booking page for the 3 dates we read. 2 other hotel texts quote AED 300 to AED 350, so check the price when you book.
Source checked 11 October 2026: Atlantis The Palm: pools and beaches, with the day passes

A day on a lounger by the Palm Pool, with the entry price spent on lunch.
The pricesAn outdoor shower stands in for changing rooms, the waterpark needs its own ticket, and the hotel’s own pages disagree on who may come and on the price.
Other Dubai day passesWho sells each pass, what it costs and what it opens, as the booking pages gave it on 11 October 2026.
The hotel sells its own pass from the pools and beaches page, under the heading «Pool & Beach Day Passes», set apart from «Resort Inclusion», the section that gives all resort guests the pools and the private beach. Its Book button opens a SevenRooms calendar named «Pool and Beach», which lists 4 options by arrival time; the price and terms of each appear once a time is chosen, and they are the ones the calendar loaded on 11 October 2026 for Wednesday 14 October 2026. A sun lounger was AED 150 an adult and the whole amount can be spent on food or drinks during the day. A day bed for 2 was AED 200 on the same terms. A family cabana for up to 5 people was AED 500 and a large cabana for up to 8 was AED 650; each cabana comes with 6 bottles of water, 6 soft drinks, 3 children’s juices and a fruit platter.
What the pass opens is, in the hotel’s words, «the resort pools and private beach». The Palm Pool is the lagoon-shaped pool that runs through the middle of the resort, open from 8am to 7pm; Palm Beach is the hotel’s own shore, over 2 kilometres of it by the hotel’s description, open from 7am to 6pm. The pass itself is listed from 9am to 6pm every day. On the booking calendar, arrival times for a lounger ran every half hour from 9am to 4pm, and for day beds and cabanas to 5pm. Imperial Club Beach, a secluded stretch with its own bar, stays reserved for Imperial Club guests.
The price did not move with the day of the week on the dates we read. For Wednesday 14 October and for Saturday 17 October 2026 the booking data carried the same 4 figures. For Saturday 26 December 2026, in the Christmas week, the lounger was still AED 150 and the cabanas AED 500 and AED 650; the day bed was not on the list for that date, and the data gives no reason. No other date was read, so look at the calendar for yours. The fine print is short: showers and changing rooms are unavailable and an outdoor shower is provided, discounts and vouchers cannot be used, and a cabana booking «only includes private access to the cabana and use of its amenities».
The waterpark is a different purchase, made on Aquaventure World’s booking site. On 11 October 2026 it listed the Waterpark Day Pass from AED 280, the pass with the Lost World Aquarium from AED 300, the pass with a Dolphin Encounter from AED 549 and a 7-Day Pass from AED 420. The plain day pass gives a full day with more than 105 slides, attractions and experiences, the park’s private beach, the Surf’s Up wave rider and a Dolphin Discovery Presentation, the last one only for tickets bought on the official site or at the gate. The hotel’s FAQ adds that counter prices change with the season, that anyone taller than 1.2 m pays the adult price, and that a visitor who already holds a waterpark ticket can add the aquarium for AED 55.
A third way in runs through AWAKEN, the hotel’s spa. Its Wellness Daycation costs AED 650 a person and joins a 1-hour massage or facial to the spa’s own facilities, the gym, pool and beach access and a complimentary session at the Atlantis Explorers Club. Someone who has booked any other treatment can add «A Day of Wellness», a pool and beach pass for the same day from AED 300 on weekdays and from AED 350 at weekends, when there is room; it names the Palm Pool, the Family Pool and Palm Beach. A second text gives the same higher figures: the confirmation that Saffron’s booking page loaded on 12 October 2026 for a breakfast on 17 October 2026 offers a «Pool & Beach Sun Lounger Pass» at AED 300 an adult and AED 200 a child of 4 to 12 from Monday to Thursday, AED 350 and AED 250 from Friday to Sunday, and links to the very booking page that showed AED 150 with children free. Nothing we read explains the gap, so check the price shown at the booking step and ask the hotel to confirm it.
Who may buy the pool and beach pass is the one thing no page says outright: nothing we read uses «non-residents» or «day visitors» for it. We take it to be a pass for people staying elsewhere on 3 grounds. The pools page sets it apart from what resort guests already have; its text reads «Your day pass gives you access to the resort pools and private beach», which a staying guest holds without a pass; and the booking data tags the sun lounger «In house: External» and «Upgrades: Day Pass». The sister resort’s booking data, on the same system, prints the words the Palm’s leaves out: «Day Visitors» and «Resort Guests». Against that, the hotel’s own FAQ still says «The hotel pool and beaches are exclusively for hotel guests», in its answer about dolphin and sea lion experiences, and its list of what visitors may do stops at the restaurants, the spa, Aquaventure, the aquarium and the dolphin, sea lion and diving programmes. Both were on the hotel’s site on 11 October 2026. If you are staying elsewhere, ring +971 4 426 2626 before paying, and keep the confirmation number the booking gives you: the confirmation text itself asks for that.
The pass is reserved online with a credit card, for a date, an arrival time and a number of people. Choose the lounger, the day bed or one of the 2 cabanas at that step.
A cancellation made later than 24 hours ahead, or a no-show, is charged at AED 150 a person. The same confirmation also calls the reservation non-refundable, so ask which of the 2 applies before paying.
The first arrival time on the calendar is 9am. The confirmation text, which thanks you for booking the «Pool and Beach Cabana Experience» whichever option you chose, says complimentary valet parking is available at the main hotel lobby.
Aquaventure opens at 10am. Drivers leave the car at the Aquaventure car park, reached by turning right at the first roundabout after the tunnel, and a shuttle runs to the Ticketing Plaza.
The AED 150 of a lounger, or the AED 200 of a day bed, on the dates read, is redeemed against what you eat and drink. In the waterpark no outside food or drink is allowed, and bags may be inspected.
The pass and Palm Beach end at 6pm; the Palm Pool stays open until 7pm. The Lost World Aquarium, on its own ticket, is open until 9pm.

A night at the hotel takes in everything the passes sell one by one: the waterpark, the Lost World Aquarium, the pools and the beach, with towels handed out at the cabanas. For a family set on doing the slides and the lagoon pool on one day, that is the sum to do before buying 2 kinds of ticket. The hotel guide has the room types and the prices we read on dated nights.
The hotel, rooms and guest reviewsNext door a day visitor’s lounger was AED 250 on the date read; at 2 Address hotels a pass costs AED 200 to AED 250.
Atlantis The Royal, the sister resort on the same Crescent Road, describes The Royal Pool and The Royal Beach as «Exclusively for guests of Atlantis The Royal». Yet the Reserve button on that page opens a booking calendar whose data, read on 12 October 2026 for Wednesday 14 October 2026, prices a sun lounger for «Day Visitors» at AED 250 a person and makes it complimentary for staying guests; a pool day bed was AED 500 a couple for day visitors, AED 200 of it redeemable on food and drink. The pools page also lists 2 adults-only clubs: Nobu by the Beach, for guests of 21 and over, open daily from 9am to 7pm and free to those staying in the hotel, and Cloud 22, whose own page read «Venue is currently closed» when we opened it on 11 October 2026 and printed no hours. For a visitor’s price at either club, ask the hotel.
At Address Sky View, facing the Burj Khalifa, the Deck Too Day Pass works the way the Palm’s lounger does: AED 200 a person, all of it redeemable on food and drink, daily from 8am to 7pm, free for children up to 10. Address Beach Resort, at JBR, charges for entry alone: an Address blog post of 2 May 2025 gives its Beach & Pool Pass at AED 200 from Monday to Thursday and AED 250 from Friday to Sunday, with AED 150 for a child of 6 to 12 and no food credit.

The hotel sells a Pool & Beach Day Pass on its pools and beaches page, apart from the access resort guests already have, and the booking data tags the lounger «External»: we read that as a yes. No page says it in words, and the FAQ on the same site still calls the pool and beaches «exclusively for hotel guests», so confirm on +971 4 426 2626 and travel with your booking confirmation.
On loungers, AED 300 on the dates we read: our arithmetic from 2 passes at AED 150 on the pass’s own booking page, and the same AED 300 is then available for food and drink. 2 other texts of the hotel quote AED 300 to AED 350 for each adult, so read the total at the booking step. In the waterpark, from AED 560, which is 2 Waterpark Day Passes at the «from» price of AED 280.
Its description names the resort pools and the private beach and stops there. Aquaventure World sells entry to the park separately, and a waterpark ticket in turn lists the park, its own beach and the wave rider.
By the pool the lounger pass prints 2 lines: «Kids go free (ages 0–12)» and «Guests aged 12 and above are charged at the adult rate». A child of 11 or under is free on either line; for a 12-year-old, ask. In the waterpark the rule is height: above 1.2 m a child pays as an adult, and the page read does not print the price below that height.
An outdoor shower. The pass says in so many words that shower and changing-room facilities are unavailable, so arrive in swimwear under your clothes.
Up to 24 hours before, by the cancellation line of the booking; after that, or if you do not turn up, the card is charged AED 150 for each person. Another line of the same booking calls it non-refundable.
Yes. The hotel’s FAQ gives every stay complimentary access to the waterpark and to the Lost World Aquarium.
The confirmation of a pool and beach booking says complimentary valet parking is available at the main hotel lobby. For other visits the FAQ gives free valet against a bill of AED 150 or more on hotel services, and free parking at the P18 area with a shuttle bus to The Avenues.
