Atlantis The Palm prices: 7 dated nights in dirhams, and the charges on top

A Google price is the lowest shown for that night. It names no room, and Google does not say whether the service charge and taxes the hotel lists are inside it. For 15 October 2026 the figure was AED 1,681, Booking.com’s; the same card showed the hotel’s own site at AED 1,954, with MakeMyTrip at AED 1,778, Trip.com at AED 1,779 and KAYAK at AED 2,160. 7 nights are a sketch of the year and no more, so each one is given with its date.

From late November to mid-January the nights read sat between AED 2,000 and AED 2,400: AED 2,372 for 29 November 2026, AED 2,100 for 6 December and AED 2,089 for 16 January 2027. Christmas week is another country: AED 6,287 for 26 December 2026, 3 times the night of 6 December. Summer was the low end, AED 1,343 for 6 June 2027 and AED 1,225 for 29 August 2027.

The hotel’s terms draw the seasons in their own way, by how early a booking must be cancelled to escape the full charge. 3 days before arrival was enough from 31 May to 25 September 2026. It is 7 days from 26 September to 16 October 2026, from 1 November to 18 December, from 4 January to 19 March 2027 and from 6 June to 24 September 2027; 14 days from 17 to 31 October 2026, from 19 to 25 December and from 20 March to 5 June 2027. For 26 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 it is 28 days, and the terms add a compulsory supplement on the night of 31 December, without giving its amount. Our dearest night is the first of that stretch.

On top of a room rate the terms list 4 things: a 10% service charge, a 7% Dubai municipality fee, 5% VAT, and a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 a bedroom a night, collected at check-out. Taken each on the rate alone, the 3 percentages come to 22%, which is AED 440 on a rate of AED 2,000, before the AED 20; the terms do not say whether they compound, so count that as the least. At check-in the hotel also holds AED 500 a night, on a card or in cash, against anything charged to the room.

What the night buys is why families pay it. Every stay includes Aquaventure, which the hotel calls the world’s largest waterpark, with over 105 attractions, and the Lost World Aquarium, for every night; the Palm Pool, the Family Pool, 2 km of private beach and the AWAKEN fitness centre come with the room too. Breakfast is not listed with a Deluxe room: it arrives with a Bed & Breakfast, Half Board or Full Board package, with the Imperial Club, or at Saffron’s buffet for AED 180 an adult and AED 90 a child of 4 to 11.

3 offers were on the hotel’s site on 11 October 2026. UAE residents get up to 25% off rooms and suites, with a dining credit of AED 300 a stay in a Deluxe or Imperial Club room and AED 500 in a suite. Stay 5, Pay 4 gives a free night on 5 nights or more on the Extraordinary Full Board package, for stays up to 3 January 2028, and is not open to UAE residents. Booking direct as a member of Atlantis Unlocked takes an additional 10% off stays.

In the reviews, money comes up at the edges of the stay. A guest in September 2026 with 2 rooms for 2 nights expected a deposit of AED 2,000 and was charged AED 3,000, returned in full at check-out. Another that month, whose booking included breakfast and dinner, could not use an AED 300 voucher at lunchtime or in the waterpark. One in August 2026 called the hotel a bit pricey and worth it; one in September found the breakfast rooms so crowded and noisy that it was «not exactly worth the price tag».

6 of the 7 nights fall in periods where the terms ask 7 days’ notice. The seventh, 26 December, costs nearly 3 times as much as the other winter nights and asks 28.
