The spa covers 600 m²² and works with 2 skincare houses, La Colline, born in the Swiss Alps, and KOS Paris. The relaxing massage¹ costs CHF 195 for 60 minutes and CHF 270 for 90; the deep tissue, for muscular tension, CHF 210 and CHF 285; the lymphatic drainage massage CHF 250 for 75 minutes.

La Colline’s facials include Promenade to Violettes¹, 60 minutes at CHF 220, and Escape to Bellalui, a restructuring massage with a collagen mask, 60 minutes at CHF 250. The longest is Getaway to Crans Montana: 2 hours, one of them a sculpting facial massage, at CHF 420. From KOS Paris come the Kobido, an ancestral Japanese ritual of 45 minutes at CHF 155, and the Facial of Legends, 90 minutes at CHF 280.

The signature treatment, Guarda Golf & La Colline¹, puts a candle massage, a La Colline radiance facial and a collagen mask into 90 minutes, for CHF 310. The 2 rituals last 2 hours: the body ritual, a scrub, a mask and a 60-minute massage, costs CHF 350; the body and facial ritual, a 60-minute massage and a 60-minute KOS facial, CHF 370.

The spa opens at 9am, every day the hotel is open².

The treatment rooms take their first bookings¹ at 10am; arrive at spa reception 10 minutes early, because lateness shortens the treatment and the price stays the same.

Gym and indoor golf

The spa day also opens the gym¹, with Technogym and Kinesis equipment, and the indoor golf practice area; indoor sports shoes are compulsory in the gym.

12.30pm

Sunday lunch

On Sundays the Grand Sunday Buffet⁴ runs from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, and the first of the winter falls on 13 December 2026.

The last treatment

By 8pm the last treatment has finished¹; the pool, sauna and steam room stay open until 9pm.
